＊おひとりさま1点までのご案内です。 One bottle per person. 【内容量 Net】750ml 【産地 region】フランス コトー・デュ・リヨネ　Millery en Lyonnais, France 【品種 variety】アリゴテ Aligote 100% 【タイプ type】白 white 【製造 vinification】 手摘みで収穫したブドウをダイレクトプレスし、デブルバージュ（前清澄）は行わずに、タンクで野生酵母で自発的に発酵。SO2やその他の醸造添加物は一切加えずに醸造。温度管理も一切行わない。発酵後、引き続きタンクでマロ発酵と熟成。熟成後、無清澄・ノンフィルター・SO2無添加で瓶詰め。 2022ヴィンテージは8/31日に収穫。総生産量535本。アルコール度数は13度。2024年7月時点のSO2トータルは検出限界値で検出されず。 L’Oréeロレとはフランス語で「森の端」を意味する言葉で、この区画の立地に由来している名前です。少し神秘的な意味合いもあります。実際にこの区画を訪れた時に、森に囲まれた静寂さがとても印象に残っています。 Hand-harvested grapes are directly pressed and fermented spontaneously with wild yeasts in tanks without debulbage (pre-fining); no SO2 or other vinification additives are added. No temperature control of any kind. After fermentation, the wine continues to malo-ferment and age in tanks. After ageing, bottled unfined, unfiltered and without SO2. The 2022 vintage was harvested on 31 August. Total production 535 bottles. Alcohol content 13° C. SO2 total as of July 2024 was undetectable at the detection limit. L'Orée L'Orée is French for 'edge of the forest', a name derived from the plot's location. It also has a slightly mystical connotation. When I actually visited the plot, I was very impressed by the tranquillity of the forest surroundings. \\about Viticultor 生産者について// Baptiste Nayrand バティスト・ナイラン Millery en Lyonnais 5.47ha biodynamique nature 世界的な食のライト＆ヘルシー化によって、今ではピノ・ノワールに並ぶ人気品種となったガメィ。そんなガメィの新たな可能性を表現する造り手が現れました。2015ヴィンテージからナチュラルワイン造りを始めたバティスト・ナイランです。 バティストは、ピエール・オヴェルノワやマルセル・ラピエールのワインに強い感銘を受け、30歳の時にそれまでの仕事を辞めて、ジュリアン・ギィヨとミシェル・ギニエの下で研鑽。生まれ故郷であるリヨン近隣のコトー・デュ・リヨネ南部のミルリーで1ヘクタールの古木のガメィの畑を引き継いで、ドメーヌを設立しました。 2015年が初ヴィンテージですが、欧米のガメラーのナチュラルワイン愛好家の間では大人気で、既にドメーヌからの割り当て数量しか購入することができません。北の品種が好きなバチストはピノ・ノワールやアリゴテ、シャルドネなどのワインも手掛けています。 Gamay has become a popular grape variety alongside Pinot Noir, thanks to the global trend towards lighter and healthier diets. A new winemaker has emerged to express the new potential of Gamay: Baptiste Nylan, who started making natural wines from the 2015 vintage. Baptiste was so impressed by the wines of Pierre Auvernoy and Marcel Lapierre that he quit his previous job at the age of 30 to study under Julien Guillot and Michel Guinier. He took over a hectare of old Gamay vineyards in Milly, south of Coteaux du Lyonnais, near his birthplace of Lyon, and set up his own estate. 2015 is the first vintage, but it is very popular among Gameller natural wine lovers in Europe and the USA, and only the allocated quantity from the estate is already available for purchase. Baptiste, who likes northern varieties, also produces Pinot Noir, Aligoté and Chardonnay wines.
