【内容量 Net】750ml 【産地 region】オーストリア カンプタール Kamptal, Austria 【品種 variety】ツヴァイゲルト Zweigelt 60%、ブラウアー・ポルトギーザー Blauer Portugieser 40% 【タイプ type】ロゼ rosé 【醸造 vinification】 カンプタール地区テュルンオイシュティフト畑とモラントシュ畑のぶどう(黄土、ローム、砂地、片麻岩)を使用。 手摘みで収穫、選果後、全房プレス。ステンレスタンクに移し、発酵。 ボトリング前までシュールリーで熟成。 ノンフィルターでボトリング。 \\from Importer インポターコメント// 熟したプラムのジューシーな果汁感にアセロラのような酸味がじんわりと広がります。 ハイビスカスティーの華やかな香り果汁の熟度があり、フレッシュな酸とのバランスが心地よく程よい苦みが骨格を作りカジュアルでありながら、バランスのいい一本。 アフターはフランボワーズリキュールの甘やかな香りが優しく続きます。 \\about Vigneron 生産者について// ニビル Nibiru Wines - ヨセフ・シェンター、ユリア・ナター Josef Schenter、Julia Nather 代々続くオーストリア、カンプタールの醸造所で生まれ育ち、14歳から4年間、葡萄栽培と醸造を学校て学ぶ。その後、シュロス・ゴベルスブルグなどオーストリーのワイナリーにて研修、2016年～2018年の収穫をヨハンメイヤーで経験し、オーストリアに戻り、両親の醸造所を手伝いながら自分自身のワイン「ニビル」を奥様のユリアさんと一緒に立ちあげる。ヨセフは、長い期間をかけながら、自由で固定されず、唯一の方向に進んでいきたいというワイン造りへの思いがあり、太陽の周りを逆方向に長い周期で回っている唯一の惑星「ニビル」を、自分の目指すスタイルと重ね、ワイナリー名としました。ボトルのロゴは、その昔、カンプタールの周りに住んでいたケルト人のシンボルからとっており、サイクル（自然環境）を意味し、自然は、健康的で持続可能で循環するものという彼の考えを表しています。 Born and raised in a brewery in Kamptal, Austria that has been in existence for generations, he studied viticulture and winemaking at school for 4 years starting at the age of 14. He then trained at Schloss Gobelsburg and other Austrian wineries, experienced the 2016-2018 harvest at Johann Mayer, and returned to Austria to help his parents' winery and set up his own wine, Nibiru, with his wife, Julia. Josef's desire for winemaking to be free, unfixed, and moving in only one direction over a long period of time led him to superimpose "Nibiru," the only planet that orbits the sun in a long cycle in the opposite direction, with the style he was striving for, and to name the winery after it. The logo on the bottle is taken from the symbol of the Celts who lived around Kamptal in the past, meaning cycle (natural environment), and represents his belief that nature is healthy, sustainable, and cyclical.
