【内容量 Net】750ml 【産地 region】日本 長野　Nagano, Japan 【品種 variety】長野・塩尻産のツヴァイゲルト Zweigelt from Shiojiri, Nagano 100% 【タイプ type】赤 Red 【発酵・熟成 vinification】 ※ファットリア・アル・フィオーレで委託醸造 標高800mに位置する畑で有機栽培したツヴァイゲルト100% を使用。 2024年9月初旬に収穫。2ヴィンテージ目のZWEI NOT!?。 収穫前に選果を行い、収穫後更に房毎に選果を行うという非常に厳しいヴィンテージ。 除梗したツヴァイを約2週間自然発酵。 毎日、手で優しくパンチダウンを実施。 プレス後、果汁だけをステンレスに移し、マロラクティック発酵。 2024年11月下旬に澱引きを行い、ボトリング。瓶内で3ヶ月休ませて2月下旬にリリース。 無清澄、無濾過、SO2無添加。 \\from Importer インポーターコメント// フレッシュでしなやかな酸があり、エレガント。 ブラックチェリー。 ブラックラズベリーの果実味を感じ、爽やかでスパイシー。 香ばしいフィニッシュ。 繊細なタンニン。 \\about Vigneron 生産者について// レ・ヴァン・デブルィヤール（鳴澤佳生子 & チャールズ・ローレンス） Les Vins Debrouillards (Kaoko Narusawa & Charles Lawrence) アメリカ出身のチャールズと長野県飯田市出身の佳生子さんが夫婦でワイン造りを目指そうと2020年に長野県塩尻市片丘地区で畑を借りてぶどう栽培をスタート。 片丘地区は、標高800mの風通しの良い片丘地区で、現在ツヴァイゲルトやメルロー、カベルネ・フラン、ピノ・グリ、サヴァニャン、シャルドネなどを栽培。ぶどう以外にりんご（シナノスウィート、ふじなど）や野菜の栽培も行っている。ぶどう畑はとても丁寧にケアされていてお二人の人柄が出ている。 チャールズは約20年前に来日し、アメリカやオーストラリアのワイナリーの醸造現場で栽培や醸造の経験を積み、佳生子さんは塩尻市の塩尻ワイン大学で栽培や醸造の知識を体系的に学ぶ。 ぶどう産地としての片丘の可能性に着目して移住し、ワイナリーの開設を目指している。 2023ヴィンテージも宮城県のファットリア・アルフィオーレで委託醸造。 Charles from the U.S. and Kaoko from Iida City, Nagano Prefecture, rented a vineyard in the Katagaoka district of Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture in 2020 to start growing grapes with the aim of making wine as a couple. The Katagaoka district is located at an elevation of 800m above sea level in the well-ventilated Katagaoka area, and currently grows Zweigelt, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Gris, Savagnin, Chardonnay, and other grape varieties. In addition to grapes, they also grow apples (Shinano Sweet, Fuji, etc.) and vegetables. The vineyards are very carefully cared for, which shows their personalities. Charles came to Japan about 20 years ago and gained experience in cultivation and winemaking at wineries in the U.S. and Australia, while Kaoko studied cultivation and winemaking systematically at Shiojiri Wine University in Shiojiri City. Focusing on the potential of Katayama as a grape growing region, she moved to the area and is aiming to open a winery. The 2023 vintage is also vinified on consignment at Fattoria Alfiore in Miyagi Prefecture.
