Located in the Signalgues region southwest of Avignon, a city south of the Rhône River, the cooperative uses complex geological formations and a variety of grape varieties to produce full-bodied, voluptuous wines. Most of each farmer's vineyards are managed organically, without the use of any chemical fertilizers or herbicides. Even when it is necessary to spray pesticides, we have adopted the "lutte raisonné" (reduced use of pesticides) method, which minimizes the use of pesticides.
