Upon bottling, the fruit aroma is somewhat subdued, with a slight mineral note. Nevertheless, on the palate, a gentle sweetness envelops the tip of the tongue with a soft attack, softly spreading fruit flavors such as loquat, apricot, and orange citrus. The wine is light and easy to drink with a cool and refreshing sensation, and in addition to the sweet and sour fruit flavors, a round flavor reminiscent of vanilla blends into the palate, giving it a mellow impression. As time goes by, the fruitiness of the nose expands, adding a floral flair, and the richness and depth of the aftertaste, with a slight caramel flavor, continues. With further aging, the aromas, flavors, and depth of this wine will continue to develop, giving it a complex and gentle impression. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// ヤニック・ペルティエ Yannick Pelletier マコン出身のヤニックは1975年生まれ。リヨンのワインショップの店員を務めながらプイィ・フュッセにて数年にわたり栽培の勉強を積み、その後は自分自身のワインを造ることを前提としてイヴ・キュイロンで醸造を学び、最後は2002年から２年間レオン・バラルで働きました。 ここで学んだことが彼に最も大きな影響を及ぼしたらしく、栽培から醸造に至るまでの全てが自分の仕事に活かされていると語っています。 ラングドックの美しさに魅せられて２００４年にサンシニアンにて１０ヘクタール／約4万本の畑を購入。将来を大いに期待できる美しいワインを造っています。 A native of Macon, Yannick was born in 1975. While working as a clerk in a Lyon wine store, he spent several years studying viticulture at Pouilly-Fusse, then studied oenology at Yves Cuillon with the intention of making his own wine, and finally worked at Léon Barral for two years starting in 2002. He says that what he learned here had the greatest influence on him and that everything from viticulture to vinification has been applied to his work. He was attracted to the beauty of the Languedoc and purchased 10 hectares/40,000 bottles of vineyards in Saint Chinian in 2004. He is making beautiful wines with great promise for the future.
