This year the impression is a bit gentler. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// 当主アントネッロは、もともと映画関係の仕事をしていたが、ワインも好きで、農業の盛んなカラブリアで何故 美味しいワインがないのかと思い始め、3年間カンパーニャのワイナリーで修行した後、地元サンマルコの仲間と ワイナリーを立ち上げた。やがて方向性の違いから 2017 年に独立、自分のワイナリー“クレタパッリャ”を立ち上げる。現在 3haの畑を借りている。醸造 は天然酵母で木の大樽発酵、ステンレスタンク熟成。瓶詰め時に亜硫酸を少量添加する。カラブリアを愛し、幻の 4 本の角の山羊を仲間と飼育し、 将来はそのチーズを造ったり、皆様にサンマルコに来てもらえるようにしたいと夢をふくらませてくれた。 After three years of training at a winery in Campania, he started his own winery with friends in San Marco.
