The aromas of ripe apricot, lychee, plum, and other fragrant fruits, along with hints of black tea, ginger, bitter cocoa, and caramel, give it a fruity impression with a deep, complex appearance derived from its ageing. The palate is slightly gassy, with a hint of residual sugar, and the sweetness and aromatic fruitiness of black tea candy, blended with a complex and floral flavor profile. The concentrated fruit flavors are enhanced by black tea and ginger flavors, and are further complicated by maple syrup and caramel flavors that linger on the finish. Some volatile acidity is present, but the sweet, aromatic flavors are strong and well balanced. Because of the residual sugar, there is a possibility that the wine will continue to ferment and become more gassy and move toward a dryer tendency during the course of future aging, so there is much to look forward to in the future. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// Laurent Bannwarth ローラン・バーンワルト 1960年代にコルマールの南にある小さな村、オべルモルシュビールで1960年代に創業。現当主のステファンは、80年代に父の後を継ぎ栽培をバイオダイナミクスに転換、醸造においてはクラシカルな方法を採用しておりましたが、クリスチャン・ビネーと出会い2007年から自然派ワイン造りに取り組んでいます。2010年にはジャンマルク・ブリニョが、彼のブドウでワインを仕込んだことから、亜硫酸無添加のワインを主として造るようになっており、2011年からアンフォラを使ったワインも造るなど、とても挑戦的な生産者です。 It was founded in the 1960s in Obermorschwihr, a small village south of Colmar.
