In the 1980s, he stopped using chemical pesticides, and in 2001, André officially made it an AB-certified biodynamic vineyard. In 2016, he also started biodynamic viticulture. André produces very good wines with purity and precision, but it should be noted that André's son Ludovic! Ludwig has taken the terroir that André inherited and developed and, using natural vinification methods, has created a wine that expresses purity and is very gentle on the palate!
