Old Carignan, young Grenache and young Syrah from Franck's vineyards are mixed with maceration semi-carbonic and aged in tanks. Only a very small amount of SO2 was added. This is a well-balanced wine with berry and strawberry aromas, lively nuances of fresh red fruit, and firm accents of black fruit. \\about Vigneron　生産者について// ペルピニャンに程近いPAZIOLSという村に位置するドメーヌ。現当主セバスチャン(36才)は3 代目。親の代から引き継いだ約30haの畑のうち2ha分をセバスチャンが2013 年からメナとしてリリース（その他は農協に販売）。所有している畑30haは2012年から全てビオロジックで栽培している。近々ビオディナミの導入検討中。 畑は赤い土、小石がごろごろとしているのが特徴。南仏特有の熟れた力強く濃いワインではなく、フレッシュ感のあるフルーティーなワインを目指しており、ブドウは熟したのを確認するとすぐに収穫。フレッシュ感を出すためあえて南向きの日当たりの良さを避け北向きの畑のブドウを使用するなど（＝クランデスティーヌ）、独自のスタイルを貫く若き生産者。 The domaine is located in the village of PAZIOLS, near Perpignan. The current owner, Sébastien (36 years old) is the third generation. Of the 30 hectares of vineyards inherited from his parents, Sébastien has released 2 hectares as Mena since 2013 (the rest is sold to a cooperative). The 30 hectares of vineyards they own have all been cultivated using biological methods since 2012. The vineyard is characterized by red soil and pebbles. The grapes are harvested as soon as they are ripe, aiming for a fresh, fruity wine rather than the ripe, powerful, dark wines typical of southern France. And in order to achieve freshness, they avoid the sunny southern exposure and use grapes from north-facing vineyards (i.e. Clandestine).
