Surprisingly hard-edged. \\2020＆2021年ヴィンテージ情報// パトリスさんは、マセラシオンを工夫することで、これらのヴィンテージにおいてできるだけ同じタイプのバランスを保とうとしました。暑い年は、酸味とフレッシュさを保つため、直接圧搾が多くなります。寒い年は、ワインに厚みを持たせるため、マセラシオンをより多く行います。そうすることで、ヴィンテージが変わっても、個性やバランスはあまり変わらないと強調しています。 2020年は、暑く、日差しが降り注ぐ素晴らしいヴィンテージで、収穫量も良好です。テイスティングにおいて、2019年ヴィンテージと非常に似ています。2021年は雨の多いヴィンテージで、収穫量は少なめですが、少なすぎず、ワインはよりフレッシュな印象です。 Patrice tried to maintain as much of the same type of balance as possible in these vintages by devising maceration. In hot years, more direct pressing is used to preserve acidity and freshness. In colder vintages, more maceration is used to give the wine depth. In doing so, he emphasizes that the personality and balance of the wines do not change much as the vintages change. 2020 is a great vintage with hot, sunny weather and good yields.
