Fine bubbles. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// Costa di Lá コスタ・ディ・ラ （ヴェネト、コネリアーノ Conegliano, Veneto） 元祖コルフォンドペットナットの生産者。 10年以上前から日本で愛されている 旨味・濁りワイン。 ワイン名は畑の標高から。急斜面の山の中の畑を手作業のみで栽培。 コスタディラは、エルネスト・カッテル氏らが始めた蔵元。エルネストは、コルフォンドと呼ばれる昔ながらのフリッツァンテを世に知らしめた功労者の一人で、惜しまれつつも 2018年7月に他界。現在はもう一人の主要メンバーであったミケーレが中心となってワイン造りを行っている。 彼らのフリッツァンテは IGT の白としてリリースされているが、そのスタイルはかつて存在した昔ながらのプロセッコそのものである。コスタ・ディ・ラの造る伝統的プロセッコを模したワインは、パーティフィズと化した現代のプロセッコとは異なり、コルフォンドと呼ばれ、酵母添加や澱引きを伴わない瓶内二次発酵方式により造られる。 The original Corfont de PetNat producer. A delicious, cloudy wine that has been a favorite in Japan for over 10 years. The name of the wine comes from the altitude of the vineyard. The vineyards in the mountains with steep slopes are cultivated only by hand. Costa di La is a winery started by Ernesto Cattell and others. Ernesto was one of the contributors who made the old-fashioned frizzante known as Corfondo, and regrettably passed away in July 2018. Michele, the other main member of the team, now plays a central role in the winemaking process. Their Frizzante is released as an IGT white, but its style is the old-fashioned Prosecco that once existed. Unlike modern Prosecco, which has become a party fizz, Costa di La's wine, which is modeled after traditional Prosecco, is called "Corfondo" and is made by a second fermentation in the bottle without the addition of yeast or racking.
