The wine has a mulberry-colored exterior with complex aromas of blackcurrant and violet intermingled with dried flowers, jujubes and spices. The wine has lovely red fruits with medium acidity, fine rough tannins and bitterness to tighten the aftertaste. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// Domaine des Bois Lucasドメーヌ・デ・ボワ・ルカは、Clos Roche Blancheクロ・ ロッシュ・ブランシュの所有する無農薬の畑を8ha購入させて頂きました。クロ・ロッ シュ・ブランシュのオーナー Catherineカトリーヌは2015年に引退をしましたが、その最後の6.7haを購入し新しくドメーヌを誕生させたのが、Julien Pineauジュリアン・ ピノーです。 1985年9月16日ロワールToursトゥール生まれ。大学でワインとは全く違う経済を専攻後、アメリカに留学。その間に夏休みを利用して葡萄畑の収穫を経験。その時に自然の素晴らしさを認識します。 帰国した2009年にモンルイのLise et Bertnard Soussetリーズ・エ・ベルナール・ スーセで収穫をして、ワインを造ろう！と決意。早速アンボワーズの醸造学校に入 学し、本格的に醸造を勉強します。みっちりとエノローグを勉強した後、2012 ~ 2013年プロヴァンスのDomaine Terres Promisesドメーヌ・テール・プロミズやクリストフ・コモールで仕事をして、やはりロワールで自分のワイナリーを立ち上げようと、 2014年Noella Morantinノエラ・モランタンの所で働きました。そこでクロ・ロッシュ・ ブランシュのカトリーヌと出会い、今回の畑購入となったのです。 カトリーヌの畑を引き継いだのは全部で4名、私、ノエラ、ローラン、そして今回の ジュリアン、全てビオを実践しております。彼女は引退しても、同じ志の仲間が畑を守っております。ジュリアンは最後までカトリーヌが売らなかった、一番良い畑をGetしました。あの樹齢100年以上の素晴らしいコーもジュリアンにご縁があったので す。 コー 6.5ha、ソーヴィニヨンブラン2.5ha、ピノドニス0.8ha、カベルネフランとカベルネ ソーヴィニヨン0.6ha、ガメイ0.5ha。何とバランスが良いのでしょうか？一気に6種類の品種が醸造出来るのです。同じ畑で同じ醸造所で作ってもディディエとは全くスタイルの違うワインが出来上がりました。ジュリアンの若い感性が初年度からきちっと瓶に詰まりました。どれを飲んでもウルトラナチュラ ル。新人とは思えない感覚です。同じ所有者の畑を4名別々に醸造すれば、4つの別々のスタイルのワインが出来上がります。本当にワインは面白いです。私のスタイルと全く違いますが、私は個人的にこのジュリアンのワインが大好きです。彼のワインには華があるのです。果実をこれだけ残すのは 難しいのですが、それをいとも簡単にさらっとやってのけました。彼が今後どんなワイン造りをしていくのか、とっても楽しみな歴史が誕生しました。是非沢山の方に味わって貰いたいです。（新井順子さん） Domaine des Bois Lucas is pleased to announce the purchase of 8 hectares of pesticide-free vineyards owned by Clos Roche Blanche. The owner of Clos Roche Blanche, Catherine, retired in 2015, but Julien Pineau purchased the last 6.7 hectares and created a new domaine. He was born on September 16, 1985 in Tours, Loire. After majoring in economics at university, which is completely different from wine, he studied in the United States. During that time, he spent his summer vacation harvesting grapes in the vineyard. At that time, he recognized the beauty of nature. After returning to France in 2009, he decided to harvest and make wine at Lise et Bertnard Sousset in Montlouis and immediately enrolled in an oenology school in Amboise to study oenology in earnest. After studying oenology, he worked at Domaine Terres Promises and Christophe Comor in Provence from 2012 to 2013, and then decided to start his own winery in Loire. In 2014, I went to work for Noella Morantin where he met Catherine of Clos Roche Blanche, and that's when he bought the vineyard. There are four of us who have taken over Catherine's vineyards: myself, Noella, Laurent, and Julien, all of whom practice biotechnology. Even though she has retired, the vineyard is being maintained by like-minded people. Julien got the best vineyard, which Catherine did not sell until the end. Julien was also fortunate to have the wonderful 100+ year old vines of Côt. 6.5 hectares of Côt, 2.5 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc, 0.8 hectares of Pinot Donis, 0.6 hectares of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, and 0.5 hectares of Gamay. How well balanced is that? Even with the same vineyard and the same winery, the wines are completely different in style from Didier. Julien's young sensibility has been packed into the bottle right from the first year. All the wines are ultra-natural. It is hard to believe that he is a newcomer. Four different vineyards from the same owner, vinified by four different people, will produce four different styles of wine. Wine is really interesting. I personally love Julien's wines, even though they are not my style at all. His wines have a flourish to them. It's hard to keep this much fruit, but he did it so easily and effortlessly. I am very excited to see what kind of winemaking he will do in the future. I hope that many people will taste his wine. (Ms. Junko Arai)
