Dry farming. Bush vines. Hand-harvested, after selection, whole bunch semi-MC for 7 days, then pressed (pasquet press), transferred to old oak barrels, fermented. Barrel aged for 9 months and bottled unfiltered and without antioxidants. \\About Vigneron 生産者について// スワーワー　SWERWER ヤスパー・ウィッケン　Jasper Wickens ヤルゲンと並び、スワートランドきってのクレイジーな若手生産者。まだスワートランドの有名なワイナリー、バデンホーストで修業中だが近い将来、独立するため、自分のブランド、スワーワーを立ち上げる。スワーワーとは、旅人、放浪者というアフリカ語で、その昔、彼はいろんな国を旅し、いろんな国で醸造を経験したことから、そう名付ける。 Along with Järgen, he is one of the craziest young producers in Swartland. He is still training at Badenhorst, a famous Swartland winery, but he will soon start his own brand, Swower, in order to become independent. Swower is an African word meaning "traveler" or "wanderer," and he calls himself such because he has traveled and brewed in many different countries in the past.
