【内容量 Net】750ml 【産地 region】フランス France／ロワール Loire 【品種 variety】ガメイ Gamay 【タイプ type】赤 Red \\from Importer インポーターコメント// 仄かにオレンジがかったやや淡い赤色。ドライ苺などやや凝縮感のある赤い果実の香りに、熟した赤いプラムや小梅、赤紫蘇、ナツメグやクローブなどのスパイス、土、根菜などの香りが加わり複雑な様子が伺えます。 ミディアムタッチの軽やかな飲み心地で口中へと流れ込み、充実感のある赤い果実に新鮮な赤い果実のニュアンス、小梅や赤すぐり、フランボワーズなどを想わせる張りのある酸が溶け込み、瑞々しさや引き締まった印象を感じさせます。 若干揮発酸が感じられますが、果実の酸と調和しており嫌味がありません。 口中に膨らむ中でクローブなどの甘苦いスパイス、梅かつおのような旨味感が重なり奥行きや深みを与え、複雑な印象が余韻に長く続きます。 どこかオーヴェルニュのワインを想わせる緻密な果実と旨味、トーンの低いこなれ感を感じさせる古風な雰囲気を持つ仕上がりです。 Slightly pale red colour with a hint of orange. The nose is complex, with aromas of slightly concentrated red fruits such as dried strawberries, ripe red plums, small plums, red shiso, spices such as nutmeg and cloves, earth and root vegetables. The wine flows into the mouth with a medium touch of lightness and is full of red fruits with fresh red fruit nuances, blended with a taut acidity reminiscent of small plums, red cassis and raspberries, giving an impression of freshness and firmness. There is a slight volatile acidity, but it is in harmony with the acidity of the fruit and is not unpleasant. As the wine swells in the mouth, sweet and bitter spices such as cloves and umami sensations such as plum bonito overlap, giving it depth and dimension, and a complex impression lingers in the aftertaste. The finish has an old-fashioned atmosphere with dense fruit and umami, somewhat reminiscent of Auvergne wines, and a low toned, cozy feel. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// Elise Hamant – Les Vignes de l’Atrie エリーズ・ハマン（レ・ヴィーニュ・ド・ラトリ） エリーズは約10年間に渡り農業に関った後、2018年にエゼネ（Aizenay）というナント市から南に約一時間下った町に唯一残されたレ・ヴィーニュ・ド・ラトリの葡萄畑4haを引き継ぎました。彼女は限りなく畑を自然な状態に近づけたいという思いから、既に2012年よりビオロジック農法で作業された畑を2018年から耕起作業は部分的にのみ行い、冬には畑に羊を放牧して動物に草刈りをさせ、同時に糞から有機物を畑に運ぶなどの工夫をしています。 土壌は花崗岩やシストと少しの雲母からなる、ローム土（粘土と砂の間のシルトが多い土）と砂質土が混ざり合ったテロワールで、品種はグロロー、ガメイ、カベルネフラン＆ソーヴィニョン、シャルドネ、グロローグリを栽培。 春から夏にかけては一般的に使われる硫黄と銅の使用を極力抑え、代わりに肥料や煎じ薬、ハーブティー又はエッセンシャルオイルなどを使い自然なバランスを生む考えのもと葡萄の木や土壌のトリートメントを行います。 このように自然に大きなリスペクトを払う彼女のワインには人的介入を感じないどこか素朴な印象を受けます。醸造時も極力ワインに手を加えないところ、時には少しワイルドな味が出るものもあり、以前のグリオットを少し思い返すような生産者です。非常に残念ながら彼女は2021年ヴィンテージを最後にワイン造りを辞めてしまい、次のステップへと進む方針ですが、最後に彼女のワインを日本で紹介できる事を嬉しく思います。 After almost 10 years of farming, in 2018 Elise took over the only remaining 4ha vineyard of Les Vignes de Latry in Aizenay, a town about an hour south of the city of Nantes. She wants to keep the vineyard as close to its natural state as possible, so she has been plowing the vineyard, which has already been farmed biologically since 2012, only partially since 2018, and in the winter she grazes sheep in the vineyard and lets the animals cut the grass, while at the same time carrying organic matter from their droppings into the vineyard. The soil is a terroir of loamy soil (silty soil between clay and sand) mixed with sandy soil, consisting of granite, schist and a little mica, and the varieties grown are Grolleau, Gamay, Cabernet Franc & Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Grolleau Gris. From spring to summer, the vine and soil are treated with fertilizers, infusions, herbal teas, and essential oils to create a natural balance, while minimizing the use of sulfur and copper, which are commonly used. Her wines have a simple, unadulterated impression of the natural world. She does not touch her wines as much as possible during vinification, and some of her wines can be a little wild at times, reminding me a little of the Griotts of the past. Unfortunately, she will stop making wine after the 2021 vintage and will move on to the next step, but we are happy to be able to introduce her wines to Japan at the end.
