The palate is unique and complex, but mineral and gentle on the palate, with a nutty aftertaste. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// ドメーヌ・ブック Domaine Bükk ノルベルト・ボルベリ Norbert Borbely ドメーヌ・ブックは、ハンガリー北東部、トカイとエゲルのちょうど中間に位置するブックと呼ばれるサブリージョンにある家族経営の小さなワイナリー。 ハンガリー出身のノルベルト・ボルベリは、アメリカで高等教育を修了した後、サンタクルーズでオーガニックベーカリーを経営し、長年にわたりVerve Coffee Roastersのためにケータリングやパンを提供してきた。 ワインメーカーとしての勉強はしてきておらず、ナパパレーのワインアカデミーでワインについて学び、ガレージにいくつかの樽を持ち、地元の農家から調達したぶどうを使い、趣味としてワインを造るなどして実践で経験をつむ。 いつの日か戻って小さなワイナリーを持とうと考えたノルベルトは、偶然にもハンガリーのブックで小さなぶどう畑の区画を購入する機会に恵まれ、16年間過ごしたカリフォルニア州サンタクルーズから戻り、2020年にワイナリーを設立する。 Domaine Buc is a small, family-run winery in the sub-region called Buc, located in north-eastern Hungary, just between Tokay and Eger. Norbert Borbely, originally from Hungary, completed his higher education in the USA and ran an organic bakery in Santa Cruz, where he catered and baked for Verve Coffee Roasters for many years. He did not study to be a winemaker, but gained practical experience by learning about wine at the Napa Valley Wine Academy, having a few barrels in his garage and making wine as a hobby, using grapes sourced from local farmers. Norbert thought that one day he would return and own a small winery, and by chance he had the opportunity to buy a small vineyard plot in Book, Hungary, returning from Santa Cruz, California, where he spent 16 years, to establish a winery in 2020.
