【内容量 Net】750ml 【産地 region】オーストラリア Australia ニュー・サウス・ウェールズ New South Wales 【品種 variety】シャルドネ Chardonnay 50%、ソーヴィニョン・ブラン Sauvignon Blanc 50% 【タイプ type】オレンジ Orange 【製造 process】 海に近い火打石・石灰質土壌の「Coola Road Vinyard」のピノ・グリを全房で 5 日間カーボニック・マセレーション。除梗、開放タンクで野生酵母による醗酵、2 週間のスキンコンタクト後オーク樽（仏産・古樽）へとプレス、約 5ヵ月熟成。ピノ・ノワールは除梗し 2-3 日間マセレーション、ステンレスへとプレスされそのまま醗酵・熟成(MLF あり)。僅かな酸化防止剤と共にボトリング。 ノン・フィルター、清澄剤不使用。 Alc.11.4% Pinot Gris from the "Coola Road Vinyard" vineyard on flint and calcareous soils near the ocean was carbonic maceration for 5 days in whole clusters. The wine was destemmed and fermented in open tanks with wild yeasts, followed by two weeks of skin contact and pressing into French oak barrels. The Pinot Noir was destemmed, macerated for 2-3 days, pressed into stainless steel, fermented and aged (with MLF). Bottled with a small amount of antioxidants. After immigrating to Sydney, Australia from a small Greek village in 1962, Aristotle, the father of current owner Tony, and his mother, Anthoula, missed the wines they had made and drunk in Greece, and began making their own wine in Australia in 1985. More than 30 years later, Aristotle, along with his son Tony, decided to open this special family wine to the public, and Ari's Natural Wine was born. Based in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Aristotelis Ke Anthoula Wine focuses on creating a pure expression of the wines' character by tampering as little as possible. All fruit is hand-harvested and grown with care. Our wines are made almost exclusively from grapes, with little or no machinery. Vinification is carefully done by hand, and a lot of time and effort is put into maximizing flavor. We use natural wild yeasts for fermentation and do not add any chemicals or preservatives. All of our wines are unfiltered and unfined.
