【内容量 Net】750ml 【産地 region】オーストラリア Australia ヴィクトリア州 Victoria St. 【品種 variety】ピノ・ムニエ Pinot Meunier 50%、シャルドネ Chardonnay 50% 【タイプ type】ロゼ・ペットナット rosé PetNat ビクトリア州キングヴァレー、天空の川と呼ばれるウィットランズ（標高830m）のエミネンス・ワインズの畑で丁寧に育てられたピノ・ムニエとシャルドネを使用したロゼ微発泡（ペットナット）。 2022年4月25日に収穫し、すぐにプレス。低温で沈殿させた後、ステンレスタンクで澱引き。 ゆっくりと低温発酵を行い、16g/lの残糖でボトリング。 6ヶ月間、澱とともに放置した後、同じ場所で樽発酵させたシャルドネを10％添加。さらに2ヶ月間、瓶内熟成。王冠キャップ。 レモンのスライスとフルーツのアロマ、マンダリンとレモンの風味、ピスタチオのようなグリーンのニュアンス。オレンジシャーベットのフィニッシュ。 ワイン名の「Chevaucher l'Eclair」は、スティーブン・キングのディストピアの傑作『スタンド』での一節の「ライド・ザ・ライトニング」のフランス語訳と、メタリカの史上最高のアルバム「ライド・ザ・ライトニング」から引用。 「Mt. Midoriyama」は、海外版「SASUKE」の「Ninja Warrior（ニンジャ・ウォリアー）」のステージの名前で、緑山スタジオが由来。 Rosé microbubbles (petnat) made from carefully grown Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes from the Eminence Wines vineyards in King Valley, Victoria, known as the River in the Sky, Whitlands (830m above sea level). Harvested on 25 April 2022 and pressed immediately. After settling at low temperature, the wine was racked in stainless steel tanks. Slow cold fermentation, bottled with 16 g/l residual sugar. Left on lees for 6 months, then 10% of the Chardonnay fermented in barrels in the same place was added. Aged in bottle for a further two months. Crown cap. Lemon slice and fruit aromas, mandarin and lemon flavours, pistachio green notes. Orange sherbet finish. The wine name 'Chevaucher l'Eclair' is a French translation of ''Ride the Lightning", a line from Stephen King's dystopian masterpiece The Stand, and from Metallica's greatest ever album "Ride the Lightning". 'Mt.
