The nose is complex, with dried strawberries, dried roses, earth, cloves and allspice, mingling with a hint of vanilla that gives a mellow impression. The wine has a light medium touch, with a smooth texture that spreads gently on the palate. The attack is youthful and pretty with transparent red fruit juices and flavours, overlapping little by little with sweet and bitter spices of cloves, round and soft nuances of vanilla and elegant softness of dried flowers, creating complexity and depth on the palate. With further ageing, these elements will be blended in good balance, bringing out the wine's further elegance and complexity. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// Christian Venier クリスチャン・ヴニエ クリスチャン・ヴニエは、若い頃から自然派ワインに興味を抱いており、1995年に従兄弟のティエリー・ピュズラと一緒に農業学校に入学しました。 農薬の害などについて農民や周辺住民が知らなかった時代に、ルネ・モスやジュー・ピトン達とも一緒に、当時としては革新的な有機栽培を学びました。 クリスチャン家系は、ロワール地方のブロワ近くで何代も続いている農家ですが、スタート時には、父親の畑の葡萄が醸造に適していなかったので、畑を借りましたが、現在は葡萄の植え替えも終えてトータル7ha弱の畑を所有。7つの品種を栽培しています。 Christian Venier has been interested in natural wines since he was a young man, and in 1995 he enrolled in agricultural school with his cousin Thierry Puzla. Together with René Moss and Joux Piton, they learnt about organic viticulture, which was innovative at the time, at a time when farmers and the surrounding population were unaware of the harmful effects of pesticides. The Christian family has been farming near Blois in the Loire for generations, but at the start they rented a vineyard because the grapes from their father's vineyard were not suitable for vinification.
