Clay soil with fossilised shells, lime and sand. Cuvée created as a result of a project between Japanese and Swedish importers. Nicknamed 'Junior' in the winery. Sweet, soft aromas of poppy, potpourri and other flowers and fruit, with spice nuances and jam notes that linger on the palate. The elegant, discreetly sweet fruitiness spreads gently in the mouth, with an impressive harmony of mineral and acidity and the lustrous tannins of mature Syrah. The key point of this wine is its moderate drinkability and sharpness compared to Classico. \\about Vigna 生産者について// Amerighi Stefano アメリヂ・ステファノ トスカーナ州 Toscana イタリアで注目される、家族経営のトップワイナリー。コルトナート地区で唯一、 バイオダイナミック農法を採用。 先祖代々農家を営んできた家族であったが、2001年7代目当主の「ステファノ」がワイナリーを設立し、シラー造りに挑戦する。太陽光発電による自給自足や手作業にこだわる独特の製法で、数量限定のワインを生産している。 手摘み、人力によるブドウ潰し、ろ過を行なわないなど、ヴィンテージの個性を忠実に表現するための苦労を惜まない。 また、イタリア国内以外にフランスの生産者ボールナールやミロワール(鏡さん)なども交流がある。 Leading family-run winery in Italy. The only winery in the Cortonato region to use biodynamic farming. The family has been farming for generations, but in 2001, the seventh generation head of the family, Stefano, established the winery and took up the challenge of making Syrah. The winery is self-sufficient in solar power and produces limited quantities of wine using a unique manual method. The winery spares no pains to faithfully express the character of the vintage by hand-picking, manually crushing the grapes and not filtering.
