【内容量 NET】750ml 【産地 region】フランス France ルーション Roussillon 【品種 variety】Muscat ミュスカ 【タイプ type】オレンジ Orange \\about Vigneron　生産者について// Domaine Rousselin ドメーヌ・ルッスラン Roussillion, France フランス・ルーション ドメーヌルッスランは、ローレンスとパスカルの夫婦が ルーションのオクシタニー地域圏モーリーとサンポールドフェヌイ エの間、海抜350 mの場所にあるドメーヌです。 パスカルは長年、地元の共同組合でブドウを栽培し、ワイン作りをしていました。 1992年から自社畑で栽培もしていて、小さなシャトーで造られるワイン(ガレージワイン)をつくる事から、このワイナリーは始まりました。 ファーストヴィンテージは2005年、1ヘクタール、グルナッシュノワールの醸造から始まりました。 自然環境、ぶどうのテイストを尊重し、自然栽培、ほんの少量ボルドーを使用。 ワインはすべてマイクロキュヴェで手作業。 10kgの果物箱を摘み取り、除梗し、大桶にパンチダウンし、古い手動縦型木製プレスでプレス。 ポンプなし、 手作業で瓶詰め。 パスカルは素材に「触れる」ことを好み、使用済みのバレルを洗う場合でも、機械は使わず、エル ボーグリースでこすることを好みます。 化学酵母を一切使用せず、熟成は大桶で行われ、果物と鮮度を保ちます。 愛嬌のあるローレンス、寡黙なパスカル、二人の個性が交り合うナチュラルワインに仕上がります。 Domaine Roussoulin is owned by Laurence and Pascal, a married couple. The estate is located between Maury and Saint-Paul de Fenouillet in the Occitanie region of Roussillon, 350 m above sea level. Pascal grew grapes and made wine in the local cooperative for many years. Since 1992, the estate has also been growing its own vineyards and started by making wines made in a small chateau (garage wines). The first vintage was in 2005, starting with 1 hectare of Grenache Noir. Respecting the natural environment and the taste of the grapes, the wines are naturally grown and only a small amount of Bordeaux is used. All wines are micro-cuvees and handcrafted. 10 kg fruit boxes are picked, destemmed, punched down into large vats and pressed in an old manual vertical wooden press. No pump, bottled by hand. Pascal likes to 'touch' the material and even when washing used barrels, he prefers to scrub them with elbow grease and not with a machine. No chemical yeasts are used and maturation takes place in large vats to preserve fruit and freshness. The result is a natural wine where the personalities of the two men - the charming Laurence and the taciturn Pascal - mingle.
