The property, which has been farmed organically for over 20 years, covers 130 hectares! But of that, only 4 hectares are vineyards, the rest is farmhouse accommodation, cattle ranching, flowers, herbs, vegetables and spices, which they cultivate and run. David started making his own wine in 2017! It's only his third year, but already he's bringing out the flavours of the land and releasing some fascinating wines. The wines are from a young man in his late 20s who is looking forward to the future, so keep your eyes peeled! (He is currently leaving the place with his friends to set up his own estate!
