【内容量 Net】750ml 【産地 region】フランス アルザス Alsace, France 【品種 variety】シャルドネ、オーセロワ、ピノグリ Chardonnay, Auxerrois, Pinot Gris 【タイプ type】白泡・辛口 white, sparkling, dry 【醸造　vinification】 シャルドネ、オーセロワ、ピノグリを全房でプレスし、ステンレスタンクで発酵、残糖22g/Lのワインを添加し21年4月にティラージュ、21ヶ月間瓶内二次発酵・熟成し23年3月にデゴルジュマンしました。 Chardonnay, Auxerrois and Pinot Gris whole cluster pressed, fermented in stainless steel tanks, 22 g/L residual sugar added, tirage in April 2009, secondary fermentation and ageing in bottle for 21 months, degorged in March 2011. \\from Importer インポーターズコメント// ライトグリーンイエロー色、リンゴやキウイのアロマ、舌の上にプチプチと優しい泡立ち、キュッとした酸を感じるアタック、ミネラル感と果実の甘みを感じるエキス感が交じり合っています。 Light green-yellow colour, apple and kiwi aromas, petit and gentle bubbles on the tongue, a squeaky acidic attack, minerality and fruit sweetness mixed with extract. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// アルザス地方は北のBAS RHIN県と南のHAUT RHIN県の2つの行政から成立つワイン産地 で、フランスでも2番目にGNPの高い豊かな地方です。1位は勿論パリ市のイル・ド・フランスですか ら、実質地方都市としては断トツです。フランス通なら67番の車はストラスブールが県庁、68番がコルマールは県庁とご存知ですね。ドイツと隣接し、標識も目に付くアナウンスはフランス語とドイツ語の2つで書かれております。 そのストラスブールのバーラン県に位置する小さな村MITTELBERGHEIMに7代続く名門 KLEINKNECHT家。長男アンドレ・クラインネクト氏は1968年8月4日生まれ。1991年からワイナ リーを手伝い、醸造家として25年以上の経験豊富な乗りに乗った働き盛りの生産者です。お父様は2002年に引退し、その後はアンドレが全て引き継ぎ、その当時7.5haの規模でした が、ゆっくりと畑を買い増し、現在は9.5haの所有者となりました。1998年にBIOに切り替え、2012 年からビオディナミ農法に切り替えました。デメテールには2014年から申請。瓶詰めはお爺様の時 代から始め、お父様の時代は馬で畑を耕しておりました。今は馬を手放してしまったけど、時々 友人の馬で畑の一部を耕しております。畑は無農薬ですが、ナチュラルワインに切り替えたのは最近です。彼のラインの半分以上は無農薬ワインですが、醸造過程に拘るナチュラルワインではあり ません。SO2を使用しないワインの存在は知ってはいたけど、なかなか踏み切れませんでした。そん な時、クリスチャン・ビネール氏やパトリック・メイエー氏と出会い、「自分でも実践してみよう！」と 決意しました。ご存知の通り、今はJura地方やAlsace地方で若い生産者がどんどんナチュラルワ インを造り始めております。アルザスは元々ビオディナミの本拠地でしたが、なかなか浸透しませんでしたが、アンドレのような生産者が一気にナチュラルワインの世界に足を踏み入れ、新たな時代が到来しているのです。 Alsace is the second richest region in France in terms of GNP, consisting of two wine regions, BAS RHIN in the north and HAUT RHIN in the south. His father retired in 2002, and André took over everything. They applied for Demeter in 2014. He started bottling in his grandfather's time, and in his father's time, he used to plow the vineyard with horses. Now he has given up his horse, but sometimes plows part of the vineyard with a friend's horse. The vineyard is pesticide-free, but he has only recently switched to natural wines. More than half of his line is pesticide-free wine, but not natural wine that is concerned with the winemaking process. Being aware of the existence of SO2-free wines, he still was reluctant to take the plunge. Then he met Christian Binner and Patrick Mayer, and decided to try it himself. As you know, young producers in the Jura and Alsace regions are starting to produce natural wines. Alsace was originally the home of biodynamics, but it was difficult to penetrate the market, but producers like André are stepping into the world of natural wine at once, and a new era is coming. ピノブラン33% リースリング29% ピノグリ9% ミュスカ1% ゲヴュルツトラミネール10% ピノノワール8% シャルドネ2% シルヴァネール2%他6% 実は今、どんどんピノノワールを植樹しております。勿論クローンでないので時間はかかりますが非常に素晴らしいピノノワールで、ここのクレマン・ロゼ は本当に綺麗で美味しいです。勿論他のワインも美味しいですが、収量は他のアルザスの生産者と同じ位取れるので、厚みは若干弱いです。しかし値段はカジュアルで非常にコスパの良い優良生産者です。 近所の農業高校でワインを学びましたが、その頃学んだ事はすっかり忘れているし、実践的ではないと笑っていました。彼は無農薬の生産者が少ない98年~無農薬に挑戦し、自分で自ら勉強したのです。学校で学ぶより畑で色々実戦で学んで来た、たたき上げの醸造家です。お父様の代では化学肥料を使っており、実際は父親よりも自ら見聞きしてアンドレの栽培方法を身に着けました。ナチュラルワインへは2015年に転向しましたが、畑に対する愛情・知識は半端ではありません。ドイツ人のよう な几帳面な性格で、一つ一つ慎重に丁寧に仕事を進めます。ですから今年より来年、来年より再来年と確実にワインの味わいに反映される事 間違いなし。良心的で地元で殆ど消費されておりましたが、これから色んな企画をアンドレと一緒に開発する予定ですので、楽しみにしていて 下さい。 Pinot Blanc 33%, Riesling 29%, Pinot Gris 9%, Muscat 1%, Gewurztraminer 10%, Pinot Noir 8%, Chardonnay 2%, Sylvaner 2%, other 6%.
