【内容量 NET】750ml 【産地 region】フランス 南ローヌ South Rhone, France 【品種 variety】ヴィオニエ Viognier 40%, グルナッシュ Grenache 30%、サンソー Cinsault 30% 【タイプ type】ロゼ　rosé ジャジャトエスは、ロリのいとこがカカトエス(フランス語でオウム)をもじって名付けしました。 このワインを飲んだ時の印象がカカトエスと同じように、⾃由かつフレンドリーで、魅惑的だった為です。 ⼿摘みで収穫された後、グルナッシュとサンソーはダイレクトプレスされ、ヴィオニエは全房のままで、全ての品種を混ぜてセメントタンクで⼀週間マセラシオンします。その後、再度プレスを⾏い、発酵と熟成をまたセメントタンクで6か⽉間⾏います。 ボジョレーのワインのようなアロマで、バナナ、イチゴ、キャンディに似た特徴があります。ヴィオニエのスキンコンタクト期間のおかげで、ボディのあるロゼに仕上がっています。 Jajatoes was named by Lori's cousin after Kakatoes (French for parrot). The name was chosen because the wine was as free, friendly and seductive as the Kakatoes. After being harvested by hand, the Grenache and Cinsault are direct pressed and the Viognier is left whole-cluster, with all the varieties mixed and macerated in cement tanks for a week. The grapes are then pressed again and fermentation and ageing take place again in cement tanks for six months. The aromas are similar to those of Beaujolais wines, with banana, strawberry and candy-like characteristics. The Viognier skin contact period gives this rosé a good body. \\About Vigneron 生産者について// Petit Oratoire プティ・オラトアル（ロリ・ハオン） ロリはワイン造りを始めるために⼩さなブドウ畑を探していました。彼の⽗親は、すでに有機認証を受けている15haのブドウ畑をEbayで⾒つけました。(Ebayで⾒つけるなんて、すごく今っぽいですね) ⾮常にお買い得だったので、⽗親はなんとか返済できるだろうと、息⼦のために購⼊を決断しました。 ロリは当初、15haは広すぎると思っていましたが、ポジティブに捉えてチャレンジすることにしました。ティエリー・フォレスティエ (モン・ド・マリーというドメーヌで⽇本でも⼈気) の助けを借りて、彼は最初のヴィンテージから本当に良い結果を残し、⽣産者としてのキャリアが始まりました。 有機認証されたブドウ畑でビオディナミを実践しています。⾚ワインではグルナッシュ、シラー、カリニャン、テレ・ノワール、ピックプル・ノワール、サンソー、カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン、カラドック、ムールヴェードル、ピノ・ノワール。⽩ワインではクレレット、クレレット・ロゼ、グルナッシュ・ブラン、ヴィオニエ、ブールブラン、ルーサンヌと⾮常に多くの品種を⽣産しています。樹齢は約3060年です。 ブドウ畑を耕すのにトラクターが使われ、収穫は⼩さなコンテナを使⽤して⼿作業で⾏います。醸造プロセスはキュヴェによって異なりますが、ブドウをそのままキューブに⼊れ、カルボニックマセラシオンを⾏うことが多いです。その後、⽊製のプレス機で軽くプレスするか、⾜踏みで潰します。マセラシオンは短期間で南仏ながら軽やかなワインが特徴です。 Lori was looking for a small vineyard to start making wine. His father and father-in-law found a 15 ha vineyard on Ebay that was already organically certified. (Finding it on Ebay is so modern.) It was a great deal. It was a bargain at a bargain price, so his parents decided to buy it for their son, who would be able to repay the loan. Lori initially thought 15ha was too big, but decided to take a positive attitude and give it a go. With the help of Thierry Forestier (who is popular in Japan for his Mont de Marie estate), he had really good results from the first vintage and his career as a producer began. The vineyards are certified organic and biodynamic. Red wines include Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Terre Noir, Picpoul Noir, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, Caradoc, Mourvedre and Pinot Noir. Not applicable for White wines: Claret, Claret Rosé, Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Beurre Blanc, Roussanne and an unusually large number of other varieties. The vines are approximately 3060 years old. Tractors are used to plough the vineyards and harvesting is carried out in small containers. The vinification process varies from cuvée to cuvée, but often the grapes are placed directly into cubes and undergo carbonic maceration. The grapes are then lightly pressed in a wooden press or crushed at foot. The maceration is short and the wines are characterised by their lightness, despite being from the South of France.
