OMG, further expanding aromas and flavours, into a mildly elegant & minerally universe! \\about Vigneron 生産者について// Cantina Antonioli カンティーナ・アントニオーリ ITALIA / Umbria 《 樹齢８０年、優美でエレガント！ 》 2021年秋の試飲会で出会ったジューリアとジョルジョ。ワインを味わうとその丁寧な仕事ぶりが想像できた。 鮮やかな色合い、優美、エレガントなテクスチャー。美しさと優しさにあふれた味わい。 ペルージャの北、Gubbio グッビオの丘陵で打ち捨てられそうな古い畑を手入れして素晴らしい味わいを引き出している。 物多様性、職人技の再発見、自然の回復をテーマに掲げ、研究を重ねる二人。 まだスタートして10年ほどだが、ワインはすでに高みに達していることに驚く。標高５００mに点々とある畑、葡萄の樹齢は80年オーバー、葡萄樹1本1本の特徴を見極め、手入れをしている。 収穫、醸造では、いい葡萄を選果し、手で除梗することも多い。極端な抽出は避け、葡萄の個性、香り、味わいを引き出す。 SO2の使用はごく少量。 類い稀なる才能の彼らのワインをぜひ味わってください！ 80 years old, graceful and elegant! 》 Giulia and Giorgio met at a tasting in autumn 2021. When we tasted the wines, we could imagine their meticulous work. Vivid colour, graceful, elegant texture. Taste full of beauty and tenderness. The old vineyards that were about to be abandoned in the hills of Gubbio Gubbio, north of Perugia, have been tended to bring out great flavours. The duo's research is based on the themes of biodiversity, rediscovery of craftsmanship and restoration of nature. Although they have only been starting out for about 10 years, it is surprising that the wines have already reached great heights. The vineyards are scattered at an altitude of 500 m and the vines are over 80 years old, and each vine is individually identified and cared for. During harvesting and vinification, the best grapes are selected and often destemmed by hand. Extreme extraction is avoided to bring out the character, aroma and flavour of the grapes. Very little SO2 is used. Taste the wines of these exceptionally talented winemakers!
