Drinking time: Now - 2027 Drink up to 3 days after bottling \\about Winery 生産者について// 私たちは、宮城県川崎町で2015年からワインをつくっている農場=Fattoriaです。 蔵王連邦の麓にあるこの町はとても穏やかで、静かで、心地よい土地です。 畑と田んぼ、山と湖、小さな商店街とあたたかい人々。 訪ねてくださった方々が、この町の良さを感じてくださる時は本当にうれしいです。 「AL FIORE」は、代表の目黒浩敬が2002年仙台市内に開いたイタリアンレストランの名前です。 日本語で「一輪の花」を意味するAL FIOREということばには、 みなさんを魅了する一輪の花が、やがてタネをこぼし、いつかお花畑のように、もっともっと多くの人々の幸せへと広がるようにという願いが込められています。 私たちのワイナリー「Fattoria AL FIORE」の活動は、レストランから始まったAL FIOREの次のステージである「お花畑」の基盤をつくる第1歩です。 ワイン造りを通してご縁をいただいた素晴らしい仲間たちの活動を応援(支援)できる存在でありたいと思っています。 2014年、最初の畑を開墾した川崎町安達の周囲は耕作放棄と過疎化が進んでいました。 ここを人が集まる場所にできないだろうか？ と考え、農園を開いてぶどうの樹を植え始めました。 志を持ったたくさんの人が集い、誰もが対等な立場で、自然の恵みをいただきながらものを創造し、その喜びをさらに多くの人と分かちあう状況をつくる。 この想いが私たちの活動の原点です。 We are Fattoria, a farm that has been making wine since 2015 in the town of Kawasaki, Miyagi Prefecture.
