【内容量 NET】750ml 【産地 region】フランス ルーション Roussillon, France 【使用品種 variety】サンソー Cinsault 50％・ピノノワール Pinot Noir 50％ 【タイプ type】薄赤/ロゼ　Red/rosé 8月にルーションのサンソーを収穫し3日間の短期スキンコンタクト。 10月にドイツのピノノワールを収穫し同じく3日間の短期スキンコンタクトしたの後サンソーとアッサンブラージュし樽で8ヶ月熟成。 軽快な酒質の赤ワイン。 \\from Importer インポーターコメント// 濁りのあるやや淡い明るめの赤色 少し還元が感じられるが口に含むと早摘みのさくらんぼ、アセロラ系が口の中で広がり、うまく液体の中に揮発が溶け込んでおり、アフターにほんのり甘味を感じ、伸びやかな酸がチャーミングな果実味と共存しているのがアクセントになっている。 抜栓してから４日以降で全てが丸くなり酸や揮発が苦手な方でも受け入れてもらえるようになる。 １週間まで経過観察をしましたがネガティブなニュアンスは出てきませんでした。 \\about Vigneron 生産者について// BONYVRESSE ボニーヴレス 当主のクレメントは初め、ワインの醸造栽培の学校ではなく、コマーシャルの学校に行き、ソムリエとしてワイン業界でのキャリアをスタートさせた。 カーヴィスト、ワインバー、レストランとワインサービスの仕事をしていくうちに、自分でワインを造りたい！と思いはじめ、フランス、オーストラリアをはじめとした、ナチュラルワインの生産者の所で修業をはじめる。 2020年に転機が訪れ、ルーション地方のDomaine du Possibleの醸造施設を借り、一部の葡萄を譲ってもらい自身のワインを造り始める事ができた。 ワイン造りのかたわら、時間があるときは知人の畑を手伝い、自身でワインのECサイトを立ち上げ、今までお世話になった人のワインの販売もおこなっている。 今後は自身での畑と醸造施設を取得し、100％独立に向け日々努力している。 The head of the winery, Clement, initially went to commercial school rather than winemaking and growing school, and started his career in the wine industry as a sommelier. After working in wine service as a carver, wine bar and restaurant, he decided he wanted to make his own wine! and began training with natural wine producers in France, Australia and other countries. In 2020, a turning point came when he rented a winemaking facility at Domaine du Possible in the Roussillon region and was given some of the grapes to start making his own wine. In addition to making wine, he helps his friends in their vineyards when he has time, and has set up his own wine e-commerce website to sell the wines of people he has helped. In the future, he plans to acquire his own vineyard and winemaking facilities, and is working hard to become 100% independent.
