After working in wine service as a carver, wine bar and restaurant, he decided he wanted to make his own wine! and began training with natural wine producers in France, Australia and other countries. In 2020, a turning point came when he rented a winemaking facility at Domaine du Possible in the Roussillon region and was given some of the grapes to start making his own wine. In addition to making wine, he helps his friends in their vineyards when he has time, and has set up his own wine e-commerce website to sell the wines of people he has helped. In the future, he plans to acquire his own vineyard and winemaking facilities, and is working hard to become 100% independent.
