The wine is made from 46 year old Pinot Noir vines, fermented, tiraged and aged in the bottle for 9 months. The wine has a shiny pink gold color, a strawberry confiture aroma, and a hint of bubbles with extracts that blend into a sweet and sour taste with a bitterness that flows into a pleasant after taste. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// Vincent Bergeron(ヴァンサン・ベルジュロン)、1978年10月8日生まれ。 モンルイから車で1時 間ちょっとの大きな都市Bourgesで生まれました。お爺様は実はロワール地方でブドウ栽培を行っておりましたが、お父様は全く違うお仕事(フランスにおける黒人人権問題に関わるお仕事) を選び畑はなくなりました。お母様は精神科の看護婦さんです。ヴァンサンは大学では文学部に在籍、文学歴史やアート文字などを専攻し勉強。それを生かそうと思い、郵便局で配達人や古物商や文字の職人など色んな仕事を行いました。そしてなかなかこれと言う納得のゆく仕事に出会えなかった時フランツ・ソーモンの収穫を手伝います。それが2012年の事、そして彼の人生が大きく変わったのです。 ナチュラルなワインを飲み、とてもショックを受け、全く違う畑のワイン醸造を始めようと決意しま した。醸造家としては遅いスタートですが、まずは2013年にフランツの見習いとして1年修行。その後2014 ~ 2016年の3年は同じモンルイの規模の大きな生産者Jean-Daniel Koeckleの従業員となりました(Domaine Vallee Moray)。 その間に近くのフランツと奥様のマリーと交流を持ち、いつかヴァンサンが独立するための色んな 将来の事を話し合いました。若い生産者が醸造家として独り立ちするのは畑や醸造設備等々本当に大変です。しかし彼は夢を諦めませんでした。 フランツとマリーはお互い別々のワイナリーを経営しておりました。そして一緒に生活するようになり、別々の場所で醸造しる状況が不便になりました。もっと大きい場所で一緒の醸造所に引っ越しを考えました。そこにヴァンサンが登場したのです。2012 ~ 2013年と一緒に働き、お互い信用しあい、今までフランツが使っていた醸造所をヴァンサンに貸す事になりました。そこはずっと長い間フランツが使っていたので、住む所も醸造設備もそろっておりとても便利です。そして畑もフランツの畑を一部借りました。それには彼の大切なピノノワールも含まれております。毎年少ない生産量の私の大好 きなPinot Noirの畑なので、何とヴァンサンはラッキーな事でしょう。ロワールで良質の無農薬のピノノワールの畑はなかなか簡単には見つかりません。 現在ヴァンサンの畑は1.9haですが、2019年には0.6ha植樹し、少しずつ無理のない範囲で大きくしていく計画です。 こうやって若い新しい醸造家が美味しいワインを造る環境が整っていきます。 奥様ChristineとAubryという男の子の3人家族、彼の言葉で印象的なのは「聖なるワインを造れる喜び、そして自分が本当に美味しいと思える命の水に対して常に正直でいられる事に感謝してます」ゆっくりと考え考え、私の質問に答えてくれました。とても真面目で実直なお人柄が、この偽りのない言葉に出ております。 そして自然を尊敬し、その中で子供を育てながら仕事が出来る事に本当に感謝の念を抱いております。1つ1つの言葉に偽りがなく誠実なのです。 醸造家の仕事は決して派手でなく地味な大変な仕事です。彼が40歳という男性として乗っている時期に最終的にこの世界を選んだのは、本当に神様に呼ばれたようです。 好きな品種は?と聞くと目をキラキラさせながら「Chenin、Pinot Noir、 Menu Pineau、Romorantin」と、ゆっくり噛みしめるように答えてくれた姿が印象的です。 （インポーター資料より） Vincent Bergeron was born on October 8, 1978. He was born in Bourges, a large city just over an hour drive from Montlouis. His grandfather was actually a viticulturist in the Loire region, but his father chose a completely different career (working for the Black Lives Matter movement in France) and lost his vineyard. His mother is a psychiatric nurse. Vincent studied literature at university, majoring in literary history and art letters. He worked as a postman, antique dealer, and letterer to make the most of his studies. But when I couldn't find a job that satisfied me, I started helping Franz Somont with his harvest. That was in 2012, and his life changed forever. He was so shocked by the natural wines that he decided to start making wine from a completely different vineyard. He started late as an oenologist, but first he apprenticed with Franz for a year in 2013. He then spent three years from 2014 to 2016 as an employee of Jean-Daniel Koeckle, another large producer in Montlouis (Domaine Vallee Moray). During this time, he had the opportunity to meet Franz and his wife Marie nearby and we discussed various future plans for Vincent to one day start his own business. It is very difficult for a young producer to start his own business as a winemaker in the vineyards and winemaking facilities. But he did not give up on his dream. Franz and Marie used to run their own wineries. When they came to live together, it became inconvenient to brew in separate places. The idea was to move to a bigger place, to a brewery together. After working together from 2012 to 2013, and trusting each other, we decided to rent out Franz's brewery to Vincent.
