The word "malice" means mischief or teasing. The wine has a rich aroma of ripe black fruits. In the mouth, moderate tannins and fruitiness spread. The pleasant acidity that comes afterwards stimulates the appetite. The wine is refreshing, but tasty and well structured. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// Le Temps d'Aimer ル・タン・デメ ロワール地方、メーヌ＝エ＝ロワール県のサン＝ランベール＝デュ＝ラッテの高台に位置するワイナリー。オーナーの2人は15歳からの友人で、誕生日は2日違い（1984年生まれ）。2011年にブドウ畑を購入し、ル・タン・デメが誕生した。周囲を畑に囲まれた、まさにガレージワイン。出汁のような旨味がギュッと詰まった味わいで、スルスル飲める自然派。自家畑では足りず、2017年から有機栽培の買いブドウでワインを生産することにした。霜や猛暑などの被害による生産量減少を補うためと、自分たちが特に気に入った品種で醸造することが可能になるため。「アン・ジュ・コネクション」という若手自然派グループに所属している。ワイナリー名のル・タン・デメとは、「愛する時」という意味。 The winery is located on the plateau of Saint-Lambert-du-Latte in the department of Maine et Loire in the Loire region. The two owners have been friends since they were 15 years old, and their birthdays are two days apart (born in 1984). Surrounded by vineyards, it is truly a garage wine. It is a natural wine that can be drunk easily, with a flavor packed with a soup stock-like taste. Not having enough grapes from their own vineyards, they decided to start producing wine from organic purchased grapes in 2017. This is to compensate for the decrease in production due to frost and heat damage, and also because it allows us to vinify with varieties that we particularly like. They belong to a young naturalist group called "Anjou Connection". The name of the winery, Le Temps d'Aimer, means "The Time to Love.
