The wine is aged for 9 months in the cuvée. He studied museology and artistic activities at the University of Burgundy, and in addition to winemaking, he is a photographer and exhibition curator/producer. "Le jardin super" is located in Feuilla, Aude, a small, quiet village 20 km from the sea at an altitude of 200 meters. Two hectares of vineyards are planted with vines of Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache, and Syrah, mainly in the Selection Masal. The geology is complex, with a mixture of limestone, schist, and volcanic rock. Yields are low, but they seek ways to produce quality juice with as little intervention as possible.
