【内容量 Net】750ml 【産地 vineyard】スロバキア Slovakia 【品種 variety】ピノグリ Pinot Gris 【タイプ type】オレンジ Orange 【製法 process】 樹齢13年の赤い流紋岩土壌のチャイコフ地区のスタラ・オラ畑のぶどうを使用。すべて手摘みで収穫、選果後、除梗。 1回目の収穫(9月上旬）は、6日間スキンファーメント後、古樽にて発酵熟成。2回目の収穫(9月第3週)、が終わるまでスキンファーメント後、古樽にて樽熟成。3回目の収穫(10月中旬)は、1カ月ほどスキンファーメント後、古樽にて樽熟成。12カ月間熟成後、ブレンド。さらに6週間、タンク内で休ませ、ノンフィルターにて瓶詰め。 ぶどうの収穫時期による仕込み方を変えるスタイル。通常は25%（1回目）、50％（2回目）、25％（3回目)。 The grapes are from the Stara Ora vineyard in the Chaikov district with 13 year old vines on red rhyolite soil. All grapes are harvested by hand, sorted, and destemmed. The first harvest (early September) was skinned for 6 days and fermented in old oak barrels; the second harvest (third week of September) was skinned and aged in old oak barrels until the end of the second harvest; the third harvest (mid-October) was skinned for 1 month and aged in old oak barrels; after 12 months of aging, the wine was blended. The wine rests in tanks for another 6 weeks before being bottled unfiltered. The style of the preparation varies depending on when the grapes are harvested. Usually 25% (1st), 50% (2nd), 25% (3rd). \\from Importer インポーターコメント// クリアな濃いサーモンピンク。フランボワーズ、プラム、土の香り。味わいはぎゅっと詰まった果実感を感じます。 しまった高い酸味に、やや野性味があり複雑さを感じるビーツのような土の風味が特徴的。程よいニガミが骨格を出しており、ワイン名からは想像できない軽やかで親しみやすいチャーミングな果実感があります。 →開栓後、少しブレットありますが、時間と共に消えていき、桃感と旨みがさらに増します。ピノグリを醸しているので、表記はオレンジですが味わいはほぼロゼですね。個人的に、今回入荷したチャイコフさんのワインの中で一番おすすめできるワインで、人気になると思います。これは確実に要チェック。 Clear dark salmon pink. Aromas of raspberry, plum and earth. The palate is tightly packed with fruit. High acidity with a slightly wild and complex beetroot-like flavor. The palate is characterized by earthy flavors. The wine is structured with just the right amount of nigginess, and the name of the wine gives it a light, approachable, and easygoing character. It has a light, approachable and charming fruitiness that one would not expect from the wine's name. →The wine has a slight brettiness after opening, but it fades with time, further increasing the peachiness and deliciousness of the wine. The wine is made from Pinot Gris, so the description is orange, but the taste is almost rosé. Personally, I can recommend this wine the most out of all the Chaikov's wines we have in stock and I think it will be very popular. Check this one out for sure. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// ピヴニツァ・チャイコフ Pivnica Cajkov | マレック・ウ―ナック Marek Uhnák スロバキア南西部、ニトラ地方・レヴィツェ地区。 シトノ火山の麓に、「チャイコフ」という古くからある小さな村がある。 祖父の代からこの村でワイン造りをしていた家に生まれたのが現オーナーのマレク・ウナーク。 村に古くからあった伝統のペセツカ・レアンカに、彼は並々ならぬこだわりを見せる。 社会主義時代に国際品種に取って代わられたが、彼の造る白ワインのほとんどはこの品種を使用する。 土壌はシトノ火山性の凝灰岩と安山岩の混成。肝入りの美しいペセツカ・レアンカはこの土壌で育まれる。畑の四方は森に囲まれ、トラクターなど重機が入れる道がないため、収穫を始め全てが手作業。 他ワイナリーのブドウ畑も周りになく、病害や農薬・化学肥料などの影響を受けることがない。 山脈から吹 き降りてくる風がブドウの生育に最適で、各種薬剤の類を使用せずとも病害に晒されることはないという。 「テロワールを理解して理解して理解して、ボトルに詰める。良いワインを造るには人生を一つ賭けるだけじゃ足りない。 3回分の人生が必要だ」 常に真摯に答える彼の口調と眼差しには、この地のテロワールと村伝統の品種ペセツカ・レアンカへの情熱、そして確かな自信に溢れている。 Southwestern Slovakia, Nitra Region, Levice District. At the foot of the Sitno volcano, there is a small village with a long history called "Chaicov". The current owner, Marek Unak, was born into a family that has been making wine in this village since his grandfather's generation. He shows an extraordinary commitment to the traditional Pesetka Leanka, which has been in the village for a long time. Although it was replaced by international varieties during the socialist era, most of his white wines are made with this variety. The soil is a mixture of Sitno volcanic tuff and andesite. The beautiful Pesetka Leanca, a liveried variety, is nurtured on this soil. The vineyard is surrounded by forest on all sides, and there are no roads for tractors or other heavy machinery, so everything is done by hand, including the harvest. There are no other wineries' vineyards around, so the vineyards are not affected by disease, pesticides, or chemical fertilizers. The wind blowing down from the mountains is ideal for the growth of the grapes, and they are not exposed to any diseases without the use of various chemicals. He says, "You have to understand the terroir, understand it, and bottle it. It takes more than one life to make a good wine. His tone of voice and his eyes are always sincere, and his passion for the terroir of the region and the village's traditional grape variety, Pesetka leanca, are overflowing with a certainty and confidence.
