Fermentation in cuvees, bottled on May 25, 2020, no SO2 added, non-filtered. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// Negace Baka ネゴス・バカ “バカな集団”と名付けられたスペシャル・ネゴシアン・プロジェクト。 シャルル・ダガン、ジャン=マルク・ブリニョ、セバスチャン・モラン、ステファン・プランシュ　生産者４人の知識,経験,技術が集約された初リリースワイン。南仏からブドウを購入し、ボジョレーで醸造を行った。 -なぜBakaなのですか？- 4人は昔からの知り合いでいつか一緒にワインを作ろうと約束していました。 去年みんなで話し合い、その場でやることを決めました。なにも深くは考えていません！自分たちで飲めるワインを作るのが目的です。 -今後の予定はありますか？- 一度限りで、将来的に一緒にする予定はありません。8本の手でワインを作ることは複雑で、1人が日本に住んでいるとなるとなおさらです。一方で人間的にもワイン的にも結果にはとても満足しています。 -なぜこの品種を選んだのですか？- 私たちは自分たちのネットワークと知識を使ってブドウ探しを開始しました。目的は優れた人によって生産され、自身で発酵する健康的なブドウを見つけることです。 A special negociant project named "The Idiots". The four of us have known each other for a long time and promised to make wine together one day. We discussed it together last year and decided to do it on the spot. We didn't think too much about it! Our goal is to make wine that we can drink ourselves. -What are your plans for the future? -We have no plans for the future. It is a one-time thing and we have no plans to do it together in the future, because making wine with eight hands is complicated, especially when one of us lives in Japan.
