Mixed vinification of all varieties. 80% of the grapes from Grappe Entiere were pressed directly and 20% were macerated for 15 days. When served in a large glass at a slightly higher temperature, it is a true grand vin! \\about Vigneron 生産者について// フレデリック・ゲシクト　Frederic Gechockt コルマールから北西に10キロほどの場所に位置するAmmerschwihrアメルシュヴィル村に蔵を構える。現在、アメルシュヴィル村およびKatzenthalカッツェンタール村に、合計12haのぶどう畑を所有する。2008年よりクリスチャン・ビネール、アルザス自然派巨匠たちを超えるような透明感を目指して、SO2無添加の醸造を始めた。SO2無添加のワイン造りを始めながら経験を積み、酸化防止剤無添加とは思えないほど、品質が高いレベルで非常に安定している！酸化防止剤無添加での醸造を基本的に行っている。(必要あれば少量添加)、それは両親の先祖から持っていた、凄い急斜面の見事な区画のおかげでもある。今買おうと思っても手に入らないあの畑がワインの品質を強烈に後押ししたのだ！悲運の兄の死を乗り越えて、後を継いだ弟フレデリックに備わっていたワイン造りのセンスには、本人さえ気がつかなかった天才的なものがあった。それは、ミュージシャンだったフレデリックのセンスに無関係ではないだろう。そうでなければ、かつてのアルザスにないあの透明で繊細な味筋は、説明がつかない。 The winery is located in the village of Ammerschwihr, 10 km northwest of Colmar. In 2008, the winery began SO2 additive-free vinification, aiming for a transparency that exceeds that of Christian Vigneroles and the masters of Alsace naturalism. As he gained experience while starting out, the quality of his wines has remained very consistent at such a high level that it is hard to believe that they are made with no added antioxidants! We basically vinify our wines with no added antioxidants. (A small amount is added if necessary), thanks in part to a magnificent plot of land on a terrific steep slope that belonged to my parents' ancestors. That vineyard, which is not available to buy now, was a strong driver of the wine's quality! After overcoming the tragic death of his elder brother, his younger brother Frédéric succeeded him, and his sense of winemaking had a genius that even he was unaware of. This was probably not unrelated to Frederick's taste as a musician. Otherwise, it would be impossible to explain the clear and delicate taste that was not found in Alsace in the past.
