The origin of Muscat Rouge is unknown to Eric, as it is an old parcel planted by his grandfather. The wine was macerated in grappant ale for 3 weeks (but not maceration carbonic). No sulfites are used during the vinification and aging stages, nor at bottling. \\from Importer インポーターコメント// ビンに入っているときは鮮やかなロゼ色だが、グラスに注ぐと幾分オレンジがかった外観。熟し切ったブドウのアロマが、懐かしいドロップの様な香りとなって立ち上がる。味わいにもライチをかじったときのような野生的なフルーティさを感じる。後味に若干苦みを感じるが、いい意味でのアクセントとなっている。 アペリティフに。また、スパイスの効いた料理、イチゴなど赤い果物やチョコレートと共に。 In the bottle, the wine is a bright rosé color, but when poured into a glass, it has a slightly orange appearance. The aromas of fully ripe grapes rise up with a nostalgic drop-like aroma. The taste is wild and fruity, like biting into a lychee. The aftertaste is slightly bitter, but in a good way. For an aperitif.
