The wine has aromas of anise, mint, and fenouil, and its minerality increases with age. \\from the Importer インポーター資料より// 生産者 Vigneron　クリストフ Christophe スペインのナチュール界で最もイケてるワインバーはみんな知ってるブルタルだろうが、最も愛されているワインバーと云えば「コルティホ」に違いない！何かというと、ここコルティホに生産者が集まって来る。 いつもの様にクエヴァ一味と押し掛けると、いるわいるわ、フランスからピュズラご夫妻も～。そこで偶然出会ったのが”ヴィニ・リーブル”のクリストフだった。 彼、何といってもデカイ！きっと身長190cm、体重150kgはあるに違いない💦ゾウの様なキリン、キリンの様なゾウ、か？！「オレのワイン飲んでみるか～」というので試してみた。すると「旨ぇーじゃねーか！」という偶然の出会いで取引が始まった(笑)　 「ヴィニ・リーブル」は、ナントから南東に（洒落ではこざいません）20km程進んだゴルジュという街に位置します。ワイン造りとは無縁の家系に育ったクリストフはぶどう畑を所有していないので、買いぶどうで自身のワインを造っています。所謂ネゴシアンという事にはなりますが、近年この手の生産者で傑出した品質のワインを生み出す生産者がポツポツ出て来ております。ワイン造りの家系ではないのにワインを造るという事は、本当にワインが好きで、売れるかどうか分からないワインを造るというリスクを冒して始める訳です。しかもぶどうを買ったり醸造設備を手に入れたりと、多額の先行投資が必要になります。これだけ高リスクのビジネスを始めるのは並大抵のことではありません！それだけのリスクを冒しても、オレのワインは絶対売れる！という確信と情熱がなければ出来ることではありません。 クリストフのワインをすべて試飲して納得しました。これだけの味わいなら、間違いなく売れる。そう納得させるだけの味わいが、彼のワインにはあります！全キュヴェSO2無添加にもかかわらず、不安定さは感じさせません。ぜひ、お試しください～ Everyone knows Brutal is the hottest wine bar in the Spanish naturals world, but the most beloved wine bar has to be Cortijo!
