【内容量 Net】750ml 【産地 region】ハンガリー Hungary 【品種 variety】イルシャイ・オリヴェール Irsai Oliver 95％, ゼニット Zenit 5％ 【タイプ type】白 White 【醸造 vinification】 バラトンボグラー地区ケレスツアー村のオーガニック農法のぶどう(黄土を含む砂地)を使用。 手摘みで収穫、選果後、除梗破砕(一部は全房)し、10日間スキンファーメント。 その後、丁寧にプレスし、ステンレスタンクに移し、シュールリーにて8カ月間熟成。 ノンフィルターで瓶詰め。 Organic grapes (sandy soil with loess) from the village of Kerestour in the Balatonboglá district are used. The grapes were harvested by hand and after selection, destemmed and crushed (some were whole clustered), and skin-fermented for 10 days. The grapes were then carefully pressed, transferred to stainless steel tanks, and aged sur lie for 8 months. Bottled unfiltered. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// クリスティヌス - フロリアン・ザルバ Kristinus - Florian Zaruba 現オーナーのクリスティヌス氏が2013年に商業的なワイナリーをワイン産地のバラトンに設立したことから始まったクリスティヌスエステート。2016年に現醸造長のフロリアン・ザルバがクリスティヌスに加入したことがきっかけで、商業的なワイナリーから本質を追究する本格的なワイナリーへと劇的に変わる。 2018年よりデメターに移行し始め、2022年9月についにビオディナミの認証を獲得。現在、いくつかのアグロフォレストリー（森林農業）とパーマカルチャー（永続的な循環型農業）のプロジェクトを実行し、持っているすべての道具と技術を使って気候変動に立ち向かう。 2015年に解体してしまったが、今のフロリアン・ザルバは、南アフリカのラムズフックにクレイグホーキンスが来て、劇的に変えたことを彷彿とさせる。今後も、この大きい規模のクリスティヌスというワイナリーにおけるフロリアン・ザルバの動向を見守っていきたい。 現在、世界的に無名なワイナリー（現地では有名）ではあるが、非常にコストパフォーマンスに優れていて、今後世界からも注目を浴びる日が来るのはそれほど遠くなく、時間の問題だろう。 Christinus Estate began in 2013 when the current owner, Christinus, established a commercial winery in the wine region of Balaton. 2016 saw the current head winemaker, Florian Zalba, join Christinus, which led to a dramatic change from a commercial winery to a full-fledged, essence-driven dramatic change from a commercial winery to a full-fledged winery that pursues its essence. The winery began transitioning to demeter in 2018 and finally obtained biodynamic certification in September 2022. Currently running several agroforestry and permaculture projects and fighting climate change with all the tools and techniques they have. Although it was dismantled in 2015, Florian Zarba today is reminiscent of what Craig Hawkins came to Ram's Hook, South Africa and changed it dramatically. We will continue to follow Florian Zarba's progress at this larger scale Christinus winery. Although the winery is currently unknown worldwide (and famous locally), it is very good value for money, and it will not be long before the world will take notice, and it is only a matter of time.
