The name was chosen out of humor! \about Vigneron 生産者について/ Sandrine Farrugia サンドリーヌ・ファルジア 大御所の生産者との繋がりの深さは、まるで銀座の女帝！？ 【3つが掛け合わさって、出来た奇跡のワイン!!】 ①元々フランスの自然派ワインを発掘し日本に広げるという仕事をしていたサンドリーヌ。その当時は自然派ワインが今のようにパリでも大きく取り上げられていなかった。 そんな時代から、今では大御所となる数々の自然派生産者達のワイン造りを見て日本に広めてきた。 ②仕事で出会ったシュド・ウエストのトップ生産者　エリアン・ダロスと出会い結婚！ 元々エリアン・ダロスの実家は果樹園を営んでおり、小さい頃から自然と土と触れ合ってきた。 今地元では、土壌に関する事でエリアン・ダロスの右に出るものはいないと言われるほどの豊富な知識と経験を持つ。 ③偶然にも2012年に購入せずにはいられない52アールの畑を見つけた。 そして数年後には2haの素晴らしい赤ワイン用のぶどう畑を購入できる機会ができエリアン・ダロスとは別でサンドリーヌの事業を立ち上げる。 大御所生産者との繋がりで栽培から醸造方法まで様々な知識を得たサンドリーヌが土のプロフェッショナル　エリアン・ダロスと結婚。 公私共に大きなサポートを得て、見た瞬間に鳥肌が立つほど、購入せずにはいられなかった小さな畑と出会った。 これらの3つが掛け合わさって、ファーストヴィンテージから偉大なワインが誕生したのだ！ ラングロールやオリヴィエ・クザン、ムレシップなど今では大御所となった錚々たる仲間たちにワイン造りを相談しながら、ウサイン・ボルトと同等、、、いやそれ以上の速度で進化している。 今後、トップ生産者に肩を並べるであろう大注目の生産者！ [A miracle wine created by the combination of three things!] 1. A few years later, Sandrine had the opportunity to purchase 2 hectares of excellent red wine grapes and set up the her own business separately from Elian Das Ros. Sandrine married Elian Das Ros, a soil professional, who had acquired a wealth of knowledge about everything from viticulture to vinification through her connections with the big-name producers. With great support both publicly and privately, she met a small vineyard that gave her goosebumps the moment she saw it and couldn't help but purchase it.
