This orange wine is popular for its Moscato-like opulence. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// Viv Winery ヴィヴ・ワイナリー （ピエモンテ、アスティ Asti, Piemonte） ヴィヴ・ワイナリーは ピエモンテ州アスティ、サン・マルツァーノ・オリヴェトに位置する 2020 年にスタートした家族経営の小さな蔵元。 「 ヴィヴ 」 はピエモンテの方言で「生きている＝いのち」の意味。 彼らの農業哲学は、福岡正信等の自然農法やビオディナミに基づいており 、人為的な介入を極力抑えた自然の摂理に沿ったものである。 彼らの畑では昆虫や微生物等、多種多様な生物が共存しており、施肥は行われず、銅剤や硫黄剤の他、煎じたハーブ等が使用されるのみで、生物多様性を重視したアプローチが実践され、土着品種であるモスカート、バルベーラ、ドルチェット等が栽培される。 醸造では酵母添加、フィルタリング、清澄は行われない。自然による無制限の可能性の表現を重視し、アペラシオンやオーガニック認証をとることもない。ラベルデザインは地元のデザイナー、ガブリエル・サンツォ氏によるもの 。 Vive Winery is a small family-owned winery started in 2020, located in San Marzano Oliveto, Asti, Piedmont. Vive" means "living life" in the Piedmontese dialect. Their farming philosophy is based on the natural farming methods and biodynamics of Masanobu Fukuoka and others, and is in line with the natural order of things with minimal human intervention. In their vineyards, a wide variety of insects, microorganisms, and other organisms coexist, and no fertilizer is applied. No yeast additions, filtering or fining are used in the vinification. No appellation or organic certification is used, as the emphasis is on the expression of the unlimited potential of nature. The label design is by local designer Gabriel Sanzo.
