【内容量 Net】750ml 【産地 region】スロバキア Slovakia 【品種 variety】アンドレ Andre（ブラウフレンキッシュ Blaufränkisch xサン・ローラン Saint Laurent）65% ブラウフレンキッシュ Blaufränkisch 35% 【タイプ type】赤 Red 【製法 vinification】 南東向きの樹齢36年の畑(花崗岩）のアンドレを使用。手摘みで収穫、選果後、80％は除梗してプレス、20％は500Lから750Lサイズのオープンタンクで8日間常温で全房発酵。 プレス後、225Lの古樽とステンレスタンクに移し、6カ月間シュールリーにて熟成。その後、味の均一化をはかり、ブレンドするためステンレスタンクで移し、重力でノンフィルターでボトリング。 Andrée is from a 36-year-old vineyard (granite) facing southeast. After hand-picking and selection, 80% of the grapes were destemmed and pressed, and 20% of the grapes were fermented at room temperature for 8 days in open tanks of 500 to 750 liters. After pressing, the grapes were transferred to 225L old oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, where they were aged sur lie for 6 months. Spicy, full-bodied nigginess, few soft silky tannins. The aftertaste is pleasantly sweet with licorice. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// ナボッソ　Naboso アンドレイ・ミクルシチャク、ナディア・ミクルシチャク Andrej Miklušičák / Nadja Miklušičák ナボッソは、スロバキア人のアンドレイとドイツ人のナディア(妻)の2人でスロバキアに立ち上げた小さなワイナリー。アンドレは、10年間レストランのオーナーを経験した後、ワイン造りの道に転身。ナチュラルワイン造りを学ぶためにいくつかのワイナリーで働く。 妻のナディアは、2012年にイギリスで住んでいた時にナチュラルワインに出会い、ブルゲンラントのワイナリーで研修、その後コペンハーゲンのワインインポーターで働き、アンドレイと一緒にスロバキアに移住し、現在のワイナリーを建設する。 Navosso is a small winery established in Slovakia by Andrei, a Slovakian, and Nadia (his wife), a German. Andre had been a restaurant owner for 10 years before turning to winemaking. He worked at several wineries to learn natural winemaking. His wife, Nadia, discovered natural wine while living in England in 2012, trained at a winery in Burgenland, then worked for a wine importer in Copenhagen before moving to Slovakia with Andrei to build their current winery.
