This is the best of the grape, showing a tightrope balance and suggesting a long life ahead. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// ランジュ・ヴァン / L'ANGE VIN ジャン＝ピエール・ロビノ　Jean-Pierre Robinot 〜自然然派ワイン界の第一人者ジャン－ピエール・ロビノ氏が作る自然派ワイン〜 パリのワインファンに人気を博したワインバー｢ランジュ・ヴァン｣。 特筆すべきは、オーナーのジャン－ピエール・ロビノ氏は、パリで自然派ワインを知る人は全くといっていいほどいなかった時代に、パリのワインショップやワインマニアに、マルセル・ラピエールやティエリー・アルマンといった｢自然派｣ワインの存在を広めた人物。 もちろんフランス広しといえども、彼以外に自然派ワインの良さを当時注目した人はいなかった。 そのオーナーが、自らの育った土地で自身の手でワインを造りたいと帰郷し、ワインバーの名前「ランジュ・ヴァン」の名を冠したドメーヌでワイン造りをスタートしました。 最初に造ったのは1999年。ただ2001年までは生産量が少なく、一般には殆ど出回っていない。そういう意味では2002年が公に出る最初のヴィンテージといえる。 こちらはロビノ氏の自身の畑のブドウを使ったドメーヌもの。 ~Natural wine made by Jean-Pierre Robinot, a leading figure in the natural wine world ~.
