【内容量 Net】750ml 【産地 region】イタリア Italy ヴェネト Veneto 【品種 variety】メルロー Merlot, タイ ロッソ Tai Rosso 【タイプ type】赤　Red 【製造 vinification】 ロッソ マシエリは、収量がある程度見込めるメルローと地元の品種タイロッソをブレンドしたワイン。 かつては他の品種もブレンドされていたが現在はこの2品種で造られている。 ステンレス製の発酵槽にて5日ほどのマセレーションとアルコール醗酵。圧搾後、ステンレスタンクで8か月間熟成させた後にボトリング。SO2は基本無添加だが、ヴィンテージによっては添加する判断をすることもある。 Rosso Masieri is a blend of Merlot, which has some yield potential, and the local variety Taillosso. Formerly blended with other varieties, it is now made from these two varieties. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel fermenters for five days. Basically, no SO2 is added, but depending on the vintage, the winemaker may decide to add SO2. \\about Vigna 生産者について// La Biancara　ラ・ビアンカーラ ラ ビアンカーラのアンジョリーノ マウレは、ワイン生産の盛んなヴェネト州のガンベッラーラ（ソアーヴェの隣の生産地域）で生まれ育ちました。マウレ家はガンベッラーラという土地にありながら、ブドウ＆ワイン生産に携わらない家庭だったのですが、アンジョリーノは若い頃から自らワインを造ることに憧れを抱いていました。そして若い頃働いていた工場で、奥さんのローザマリーアと知り合い結婚、ワイナリー創設の夢を果たすべく、２人でピッツェリアを始めます。お店は大繁盛し、80年代前半から畑を買い、家を建て始め、1988年、ラ ビアンカーラとして初めてボトリング。 サッサイアで二酸化硫黄　添加版、無添加版と2種類のワインを造るなど、日本のワイン業界にも強いインパクトを与えました。現在は海抜90〜260mに所有する18haの土地(うち5haは借りている)でブドウを栽培しています。 Angiolino Maule of La Biancara was born and raised in Gamberrara (a production area next to Soave) in the Veneto region, a wine-growing region. Although the Maule family was not involved in grape and wine production despite their location in Gamberrara, Angiolino had a longing to make his own wine from a young age. He met and married his wife Rosa Maria at the factory where he worked as a young man, and they started their own pizzeria to fulfil their dream of creating a winery. The restaurant became very prosperous, and in the early 1980s they began buying vineyards and building a house, and in 1988 they bottled their first wine as La Biancara. In 1988, La Biancala made a strong impact on the Japanese wine industry by producing two types of wine, one with and one without sulphur dioxide in Sassaia. Currently, the grapes are grown on 18 ha of land (5 ha of which are rented) owned at 90-260 m above sea level.
