The grapes are then carefully pressed and transferred to concrete egg tanks (1730 litres) for fermentation. Light orange wine with a fruity nose of muscat, lush, thick, smooth and well-integrated acidity, jasmine flowers, citrus peel and a slightly smoky flavour, with an exotic touch. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// ルナパーク Luna Park ダビット・クシツキーDomin & Kušický 1998年に祖父と父がワイナリーを設立。 生産者は3代目で25歳。幼少期から妹と一緒に畑やセラーに行き両親や祖父を手伝っていた。その後、チェコのブルノにある、メンデル大学ぶどう栽培とワイン醸造学部を卒業し、自分たちと同じ哲学を持っているオーストラリアのアデレード・ヒルズにあるコミューン・オブ・ボタンで1年間働く。 ワイナリーでは全家族が働いており、生産者の祖父はスロバキアでの有機農業とワイン生産の先駆者で1980年代にエコロジーとビオデナミの記事を書き1998年に彼らはスロバキア共和国で最初のワイン生産者として認定された。40haのぶどう園と10haのクルミ園と3haの栗園をすべてオーガニックで管理。 祖父と父が始めた造り方で今もワインを造っているが、自分の「ライン」を造りたいと考え、太陰暦に従ってワインを造っていることを表現するルナパークと名付ける。世界各地にある遊園地の名前でもある。よい土壌造りのためぶどう園のには緑の植物がたくさんあり、植物からの抽出したオーガニックスプレーを使用し、高品質のぶどうのみを使用。 ワインは無添加。ステンレスタンクか、コンクリートエッグで熟成。王道のワインではなく、気軽で飲みやすく、酸が高くフレッシュで、火山性土壌のぶどう園からのエネルギーに満ちているワインを造るように心掛けている。 ワインバーの元同僚でもある友人のダンテがラベルをデザイン。ダンテはフリーで活動している創造的なアーティストで、グラフィックデザイナーや画家であり、ワイン好き。 The winery was founded in 1998 by his grandfather and father. The producer is the third generation and is 25 years old. From an early age, he and his sister went to the vineyards and cellar to help their parents and grandfather. He later graduated from the Faculty of Viticulture and Winegrowing at Mendel University in Brno, Czech Republic, and worked for a year at the Commune of Butane in the Adelaide Hills, Australia, which has the same philosophy as theirs. The whole family works in the winery, the producer's grandfather was a pioneer in organic farming and wine production in Slovakia and wrote articles on ecology and biodynamics in the 1980s and in 1998 they were the first wine producers certified in the Slovak Republic. 40 ha of vineyards, 10 ha of walnut orchards and 3 ha of chestnut orchards, all managed organically. They still make wine the way their grandfather and father started, but they wanted to create their own 'line' and named it Lunapark, which expresses that they make wine according to the lunar calendar. It is also the name of amusement parks around the world. The vineyards are full of green plants for good soil fertility, organic sprays are used from the plants and only high quality grapes are used. The wines are made without additives. The wine is matured in stainless steel tanks or concrete eggs. The wines are not high street wines, but casual, easy-drinking, high acidity, fresh and full of energy from the vineyards on volcanic soils. My friend Dante, who is also a former colleague at the wine bar, designed the label. Dante is a freelance creative artist, graphic designer, painter and wine lover.
