A rare and interesting brand of Noir with a unique character. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// Clos Santa Ana クロ・サンタ・アナ 《ナチュラル&クラシック こだわりのラインナップ》 チリ中部コルチャグアバレー、海辺から55km内陸の地に2003年にスタートしたプロジェクト。 はじめは捨てられた動物たちを保護し、野菜を育てていたが、2012年から葡萄を植え始め、火山灰土壌の1.3haの畑にカルメネール、カベルネ・フラン、マルベック、ピノ・ノワール、シャルドネ、ヴィオニエが植えられている。 自然をリスペクトし、有機栽培、手作りを旨とするワイン造りで現在はブランド・ノワールのベロとクラシックなボルドー、チリスタイルの赤2種 (シリオス、アラレス)をリリースしている。 醸造に使うのは昔からチリで使われていた大樽とアンフォラ。 地下セラーのある歴史的な建物で醸造、熟成を行なっている。 Natural & Classic, a line-up of the best of the best. The project started in 2003 in the Colchagua Valley, central Chile, 55 km inland from the coast. Initially, abandoned animals were protected and vegetables were grown, but in 2012, grapes were planted and Carmenère, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Viognier were planted on a 1.3 ha vineyard with volcanic ash soil. The winemakers respect nature, organic farming and handcrafting, and currently release a brand-new Vero and two classic Bordeaux and Chilean-style reds (Sirios and Arralles). Vinification is carried out in large oak barrels and amphorae, which have been used in Chile for centuries. Vinification and ageing take place in a historic building with an underground cellar.
