The 2023 vintage is finished in the 9% alcohol range and is a great wine for the upcoming season! Hand-picked Zuibibibbo and Vermentino grapes were skin-contacted for about 5 days and then basket-pressed. Bottled early and fermented in bottle. No fining or filtration. No added sulfites. Pash & Pop is a recreation of Tony's memories of picnics with friends when he was 16 years old, drinking orange juice and grapefruit juice with a little carbonation. It's like biting into an orange or grapefruit fruit, a refreshing pet nut. PASH is an Australian carbonated juice. After immigrating to Sydney, Australia from a small Greek village in 1962, Aristotle, the father of current owner Tony, and his mother, Anthoula, missed the wines they had made and drunk in Greece, and began making their own wine in Australia in 1985. More than 30 years later, Aristotle, along with his son Tony, decided to open this special family wine to the public, and Ari's Natural Wine was born. Based in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Aristotelis Ke Anthoula Wine focuses on creating a pure expression of the wines' character by tampering as little as possible. All fruit is hand-harvested and grown with care. Our wines are made almost exclusively from grapes, with little or no machinery. Vinification is carefully done by hand, and a lot of time and effort is put into maximizing flavor. We use natural wild yeasts for fermentation and do not add any chemicals or preservatives. All of our wines are unfiltered and unfined.
