＊こちらのアイテムはおひとりさま一点までのご案内です。 【内容量 Net】750ml 【産地 region】フランス France／アルザス Alsace 【品種 variety】ピノ・ノワール　Pinot Noir 【タイプ type】赤　Red 全房で14日間のマセラシオン。古いフードルで11ヶ月間の発酵と熟成。(その間2023年5月に一度澱引き） 2023年8月瓶詰。 深いルビー色。苺やフランボワーズ、クランベリーのドライフルーツなどやや凝縮感がありながら甘さ控えめな赤い果実の香りに、土、赤や紫のドライフラワー、お香、赤紫蘇、小梅などのたおやかな印象を加える香りが伺えます。 先へと導くような張りのある酸が軽快感や伸びやかな印象を与え、それでいて角は円みを帯びて口当たりは柔らかく感じられ、ほどよい充実感のある果実の風味とバランス良く広がります。 ドライフラワーや赤紫蘇、土などの風味が深みや落ち着いた様子をもたらし、チャーミングでありながら、どこか艶やかでエレガントな雰囲気が感じられるミディアムスタイルです。 今後の熟成で更にしなやかで、繊細な飲み心地や気品のある味わいが引き出されていくことと期待が湧きます。 Maceration for 14 days in whole bunches. Aromas of slightly concentrated but moderately sweet red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries and dried cranberries, with hints of earth, red and purple dried flowers, incense, red shiso, small plums and other aromas that add a gentle impression. The taut acidity gives an impression of lightness and extension, while the corners are rounded and the mouthfeel is soft and balanced with a good fullness of fruit flavours. Flavours of dried flowers, red shiso and earth give the wine depth and a subdued appearance, giving it a medium-bodied style that is charming, yet somewhat glamorous and elegant. The wine is expected to develop further with age, bringing out its suppleness, subtlety and elegance. \\about Vigneron 生産者について// Laurent Bannwarth ローラン・バーンワルト 1960年代にコルマールの南にある小さな村、オべルモルシュビールで1960年代に創業。現当主のステファンは、80年代に父の後を継ぎ栽培をバイオダイナミクスに転換、醸造においてはクラシカルな方法を採用しておりましたが、クリスチャン・ビネーと出会い2007年から自然派ワイン造りに取り組んでいます。2010年にはジャンマルク・ブリニョが、彼のブドウでワインを仕込んだことから、亜硫酸無添加のワインを主として造るようになっており、2011年からアンフォラを使ったワインも造るなど、とても挑戦的な生産者です。 It was founded in the 1960s in Obermorschwihr, a small village south of Colmar.
