【内容量 Net】750ml 【産地 region】フランス France／アルザス Alsace 【品種 variety】ゲヴェルツトラミネール Gewurztraminer 【タイプ type】白 white ダイレクトプレスの後、コンクリートタンクで発酵。 2023年3月に澱引きして、スレンレスタンクで5ヶ月間の熟成。 2023年8月瓶詰。 ごく僅かに濁りのある黄みがかった黄金色。 ライチや柑橘、沈丁花やジャスミンなどのかぐわしい白い花、紅茶などの香りが混ざり合い、爽やかさを伴うアロマティックな印象です。 ライチを頬張ったような甘やかさと瑞々しさが感じられ、柔らかいテクスチャーで舌の上を滑るように馴染みます。 張りのある伸びやかな酸と柑橘の内皮を想わせるほろ苦さに支えられ、香り豊かでオリエンタルな果実の風味に旨味が溶け込みながら、口中を覆うように膨らみます。 可愛らしい印象の果実味に、白い花や紅茶など気品や華やぎのある様子などがバランス良く絡み合い、アフターには僅かながらジンジャーの風味がアクセントのように現れ味わいを引き締めています。 Fermentation in concrete tanks after direct pressing. The wine is sweet and fresh, as if it has been smacked with lychee, with a soft texture that glides over the tongue. The wine is supported by a taut, elongated acidity and a bitterness reminiscent of citrus inner peel, which swells to coat the palate with fragrant, oriental fruit flavours, blending with a delicious taste.
