【内容量 NET】750ml 【産地 region】ドイツ Germany, ラインヘッセン Rheinhessen 【品種 variety】ピノノワール Pinot Noir 【タイプ type】赤 Red 【製造 vinification】 21年はこれまでで最も困難なヴィンテージでした。開花後～収穫期まで制御不能な雨が降り続き大量の貴腐菌が発生しましたが、自然に逆らわず除去せず、貴腐菌とともに3週間スミマセラシオンカルボニックし、発酵・熟成しました。 \\from Importer インポーターコメント// クリアなガーネット色、フランボワーズやスミレのアロマ、ベリーの旨味と酸味のアタック、少しクリスピーなタッチに可憐なエキス感とプラムやベリージュースのエキスが拡がり細やかなタンニンが全体をまとめてくれます。 Clear garnet colour, aromas of raspberry and violets, a delicious berry and acidic attack, a slightly crisp touch, pretty extract and extracts of plum and berry juice spread out, and fine tannins bring it all together. \\\about Vigna 生産者について// ヴァイングート・ヴェルナー Weingut Wörner ドイツ ラインヘッセン Rheinhessen, Germany ドイツナチュラルワインの若き旗手マルトの無農薬無添加の極み ラインヘッセン地方のマルティン・ヴェルナー氏は1993年生まれ。 ヴェルナー家は代々ブド ウ造りを生業にしており、祖父の代まではスパークリングワイン用に全てのブドウを売っておりました。 マルティンの父の代から自社ブドウを使った醸造を開始。男3人兄弟の次男坊のマルティンの父親は寡黙で厳格な昔気質、幼少の頃から厳しく育てられました。 在学中の10代は、ギターやドラム、ペインティングなど音楽やアートが大好きで、さらに数学も得意だった彼は自由な発想を形にしたいと建築家になる思いをもっていたそうです。 ところが卒業前に、父親から知人のワイナリーの収穫の手伝いに派遣され、大きく人生と考えを方向転換します。 自らに『ヴィニュロンのDNAが宿っている』ことに気付いた彼は、卒業後は様々なワイナリーで研修生として働きワイン造りの勉強を開始、2015年にはオーストリアのナチュラルワインの造り手グートオッガウ、2016年はフランスのマタッサで学びます。 そんな折、父親が病気で倒れてしまい、2016年秋、マタッサでの収穫終了後、彼は実家に戻ります。そして父の持つ7haの畑のうち3haを自分のタ イミングで収穫し、2016VTGより初めて自らのワイン造りを開始。(マルトワインシリーズの誕生です。マルトとは彼のニックネームです) これを契機に実家の畑の一部を正式に譲り受け、自らの修行で得た知識を元にブドウ造り・ワイン造りを開始。 彼が目指すのは無農薬の畑でのブドウ造りと自然酵母での発酵と酸化防止剤無添加のナチュラルワイン。 ナチュラルで透明感ある味わいをベースに、軽やかさと複雑さを兼ね備えたワインが彼の目指す基本スタイルです。ゆくゆくはクラシカルなスタイルの リースリングを造ることを視野に入れながらも、まだまだ若いので今は自由な発想でリスクに挑戦していきたいと語ります。 2016年の初VTGに父から譲りうけた畑は、現在計4.5haまで引き継いでおります。譲り受けた区画は、標高300mの小高い丘まるごと360度をぐるり と囲むようにブドウが植えられており、 北側の斜面はWURZER(ビュルツァー)、FABER(ファーバー)、BACCHUS(バッカス)、MULLER-THURGAU(ミュラートゥルガウ)、SYLVANER(シ ルヴァーナー)、SCHEUREBE(ショイレーベ)が混色で植えられており、土壌は小石混じりの砂岩土壌です。 南側の斜面がRIESLING(リースリング)の単一畑となっています。 現在、父と三男が実家でマルティンを手伝っており、長男の兄は別のワイナリーで研修中。将来は兄も実家に戻る予定で、男4人で実家すべての畑を無農薬に変え、ますますナチュラルワインに傾倒していくと夢を語るマルティン。協力を惜しまず自由に畑・ワイン造りに挑戦させてくれる父に感謝してもしきれないと語るマルティン、ワイン造りで自らの発想を具現化する若い芸術家の今後に期待が高まります。 The ultimate in pesticide-free, additive-free wines from the young standard-bearer of German natural wine, Mart. Martin Wörner from the Rheinhessen region was born in 1993. The Wörner family has been in the business of making boudin for generations, selling all the grapes for sparkling wine until his grandfather's generation. It was not until Martin's father's generation that the family started vinifying its own grapes. The second of three sons, Martín's father was a quiet, strict, old-fashioned man who raised him strictly from an early age. As a teenager at school, he loved music and art - playing guitar, drums and painting - and was also good at maths, and wanted to become an architect to give shape to his free ideas. Before graduating, however, his father sent him to help with the harvest at an acquaintance's winery, and he made a major change in his life and thinking. He realised that he had 'the DNA of a vigneron', and after graduation he began studying winemaking at various wineries as a trainee, first at Austrian natural winemaker Gut Oggau in 2015, and then at Matassa in France in 2016. Then his father fell ill and in autumn 2016, after the harvest at Matassa, he returned to his family home. He then harvested 3 ha of his father's 7 ha vineyard in his own timings and started making his own wine for the first time from 2016 VTG. (This is the birth of the Marto wine series. Malto is his nickname.) This was the opportunity to officially take over part of his family's vineyard and start making his own grapes and wine based on the knowledge he gained from his own apprenticeship. His aim is to produce grapes from pesticide-free vineyards and natural wines with natural yeast fermentation and no added antioxidants. His basic style is based on natural, transparent flavours, light and complex wines. Eventually, he is looking to make a classical style of Riesling, but as he is still young, he says he wants to take risks now and be free to think outside the box. The vineyard he took over from his father in the first VTG in 2016 has now been taken over to a total of 4.5 ha. The plot is planted on a small hill at an altitude of 300 metres, with the northern slopes WURZER, FABER, BACCHUS and MULLER-THURGAU, SYLVANER and SCHEUREBE are planted in mixed colours on pebbly sandstone soils. The southern slope is a single vineyard of RIESLING. Currently, the father and third son are helping out at the family home with Martin, while the eldest brother is training at another winery. In the future, the elder brother plans to return to the family home, and Martijn dreams that the four men will convert all the family's vineyards to pesticide-free and become more and more committed to natural wine. Martin says that he can never thank his father enough for giving him the freedom to try his hand at vineyard and winemaking, and hopes are high for the future of this young artist who embodies his ideas in winemaking.
