Lâcher Prise=Let go \\about Vigneron 生産者について// Rieffel リーフェル 《大胆、繊細 ルカ・リーフェル!》 1946年に元詰めを開始したリーフェルは、ミッテルベルカイムを中心に両隣のバールとアンドローに計9.5haの畑を所有している。 当主のルカ・リーフェルは、アルザス、ブルゴーニュ、ドイツで修業 を積み、特に同郷の奇才アンドレ・オステルターグから多くを学んだ。 1996年に父親からドメーヌを任されたルカは徐々に有機農法を採用し、2009年よりビオディナミに完全転換。自然酵母での醗酵 では伝統的なフードルとステンレスタンクを使い分け、熟成においてはワインに複雑味やミネラル感を与えるため、澱とともに長く熟成させる。 マルク・クライデンヴァイスのアントワ-ヌ・クライデンヴァイスやジャン=ピエール・リエッシュ等、近隣の生産者との親交も深く、刺激し合って高めあう仲間である。 見た目コワモテのルカだが、ワ インに現れる個性は繊細、エレガント!アルザスやヨーロッパ内でも評価の高い造り手! Bold, subtle, Luca Riefel! Riefel, which began bottling in 1946, owns a total of 9.5 ha of vineyards in Mittelbergheim and the neighboring towns of Baar and Andlow. The owner, Luca Riefel, trained in Alsace, Burgundy, and Germany, and in particular learned a great deal from his fellow countryman, the brilliant Andre Ostertag. In 1996, Luca was entrusted with the domaine by his father, and gradually adopted organic farming methods. The wines are fermented with natural yeasts in traditional foudres and stainless steel tanks, and aged on lees for a long time in order to give the wines complexity and minerality. The winemaker has a close relationship with other nearby producers, such as Antoine Kleidenweis of Marc Kleidenweis and Jean-Pierre Rieche, who inspire and enhance each other's work.
