【内容量 NET】750ml 【産地 region】フランス France アルザス Alsace 【使用品種 variety】ゲヴェルツトラミネール Gewürztraminer, リースリング Riesling, ピノグリ Pinot Gris 【タイプ type】オレンジ Orange 樹齢10年のピノグリと30年のゲヴェルツトラミネールとリースリングを使用。手摘みにて収穫。3品種同時に3週間の醸し。プヌマティックプレス。フードルで6ヵ月間の熟成。フィルターなし。サンスフル。 どうしても残糖が残ってしまいやすい3品種を醸し発酵をさせる事により、野性酵母の数を多く獲得し、辛口に仕上げる事を目的としたワイン、粘土質の土壌からうまれる葡萄を使用すること により、水分ストレスの強い土壌に比べると長い醸し期間であっても苦みを抑える事ができる。Au dessus des Nuages は「雲の遥か上」という意味である。 \\from Importer インポーターコメント// やや曇りがかったオレンジ色。ゲヴェルツトラミネール由来の甘やかな香りが感じられ、適度な酸と長いアフター。タニックさはさほどなく、気軽に飲めるワイン。 \\about Vigneron 生産者について// Famille Hebinger ファミーユ・エバンジェ Alsace, France フランス・アルザス Famille Hebingerはアルザスの中心にあるエギスハイム村に拠点をおく。 葡萄栽培だけでなく、家畜や多くの野菜を育て生計をたてていたが、現当主のドゥニの大祖父のLéonと祖父である Jean-Victorにより1946年にワイン造りに特化したドメーヌを設立した。 1984年にドゥニの父であるChristianが隣村の葡萄栽培農家の娘と結婚し、Sommerberg、Hengst、Pfersigberg、Eichbergの4つのグランクリュを含む13.5haまで畑が増えた。 ブルゴーニュでの修業を終えたドゥニが2015年にドメーヌに戻り、2018年より本格的に自身のワインをリリースしはじめた。ドゥニが所有する畑のほとんどは粘土と石灰質からなり、得にピノ・ノワールの評価が毎年のようにあがっている。 ブルーノ・シュレールのシャンデオワゾと同じ畑を所有し、その他に新たにグランクリュ・ピノノワールを表記する事が可能になったHengstなどピノ・ノワールに特化した区画を多く所有している。 近年は基本的には亜流酸は無添加、必要な時のみ最低限の使用。フィルターの使用をやめるなどナチュラルなワイン造りを実践している。 ドゥニは言葉数はすくないが、徹底した貴重面な仕事ぶりから品質とテロワールへの情熱を強く感じる。そんな彼から生み出されるワインはエレガントでガストロノミック、グランヴァンを志すエスプリが溢れている。 Famille Hebinger is based in the village of Egisheim in the heart of Alsace. In 1946, Léon, the great-grandfather of the current owner Denis, and Jean-Victor, his grandfather, established a domaine specializing in winemaking. In 1984, Denis' father, Christian, married the daughter of a winegrower from a neighboring village, and the vineyard area was increased to 13.5 ha, including four Grands Crus: Sommerberg, Hengst, Pfersigberg, and Eichberg. After completing his training in Burgundy, Denis returned to the estate in 2015 and began releasing his own wines in earnest in 2018. Most of Denis' vineyards are composed of clay and limestone, and his Pinot Noirs have been gaining in reputation year after year. The vineyards are the same as those of Bruno Schlair's Chande Oiseaux, and there are many other parcels dedicated to Pinot Noir, such as Hengst, which can now be labeled as Grand Cru Pinot Noir. In recent years, they have basically been using no sub-acid, and only minimal amounts when necessary. He has been practicing natural winemaking, for example, by not using filters anymore. Denis is a man of few words, but his thorough and precious work shows his passion for quality and terroir. The wines he produces are elegant and gastronomic, full of the spirit of a grand vin.
