【内容量 NET】750ml 【産地 region】日本 宮城県 Miyagi, Japan 【品種 variety】Niagara 51%, Neo Muscat 38%, Seibel 9110 10% 【タイプ type】白 white Vintage _ 2024 Alcohol _ 10.5% Product _ 2,286btl 今年も、いつも通りのトロピカルフレーバー全開なゲンキですが、明るい雰囲気の中にも、少しだけ、より妖艶な感じを伴う、なんとも面白いワインに仕上がりました。 ナイアガラは、2015年の初めてのヴィンテージから使用している品種ですが、特有の香りが強く、線も細いため、なかなか深みのあるワインに仕立てるのが難しい品種だと思っておりました。そんな折、委託醸造の依頼を受けたことをきっかけに、岩手県紫波町の若手農家・佐々木 譲さんとのご縁で、とても品質の良いナイアガラを極限まで完熟させることにより、ナイアガラでこの表現までいけるのね？と思うくらい可能性を秘めたワインを仕込むことができたのです。 ナイアガラだけでも成り立つのですが、よりナイアガラを引き立たせるアッサンブラージュを考えてしまうのは、やはり以前料理人だったさがなのかもしれません。 しっかりと、その味わいを引き立たせるための、最低限の調理と調味で、しっかりと骨格を持たせたいのです。 ナイアガラ、ネオマス、セイベル。異なる3つの香り高いフレーバーのぶどうをアッサンブラージュすることによって、ナイアガラの良さが引き立つワインに仕上がりました。 ○味わい ネクタリン、マンゴー、かぼす、人参 ○シーン 暖かい日に太陽の下で。ピクニックにぴったりです！ ○温度帯 12℃前後 ○グラス 小ぶりなワイングラスや、ガラス製のコップなど ○お料理 ちらし寿司や、ちまき、生春巻きなど。気兼ねなく日常の食卓で。 ○飲み頃 今～2027年 ○飲みきり 抜栓から3日以内 \\about Winery 生産者について// 私たちは、宮城県川崎町で2015年からワインをつくっている農場=Fattoriaです。 蔵王連邦の麓にあるこの町はとても穏やかで、静かで、心地よい土地です。 畑と田んぼ、山と湖、小さな商店街とあたたかい人々。 訪ねてくださった方々が、この町の良さを感じてくださる時は本当にうれしいです。 「AL FIORE」は、代表の目黒浩敬が2002年仙台市内に開いたイタリアンレストランの名前です。 日本語で「一輪の花」を意味するAL FIOREということばには、 みなさんを魅了する一輪の花が、やがてタネをこぼし、いつかお花畑のように、もっともっと多くの人々の幸せへと広がるようにという願いが込められています。 私たちのワイナリー「Fattoria AL FIORE」の活動は、レストランから始まったAL FIOREの次のステージである「お花畑」の基盤をつくる第1歩です。 ワイン造りを通してご縁をいただいた素晴らしい仲間たちの活動を応援(支援)できる存在でありたいと思っています。 2014年、最初の畑を開墾した川崎町安達の周囲は耕作放棄と過疎化が進んでいました。 ここを人が集まる場所にできないだろうか？ と考え、農園を開いてぶどうの樹を植え始めました。 志を持ったたくさんの人が集い、誰もが対等な立場で、自然の恵みをいただきながらものを創造し、その喜びをさらに多くの人と分かちあう状況をつくる。 この想いが私たちの活動の原点です。 We are Fattoria, a farm that has been making wine since 2015 in the town of Kawasaki, Miyagi Prefecture. We are very happy when visitors feel the goodness of this town. AL FIORE" is the name of the Italian restaurant opened by CEO Hirotaka Meguro in 2002 in Sendai City.
